VClouds users will now have the ability to archive email for an unlimited period of time in the "Cloud." Users can archive and store emails based on user groups, content, or simply companywide. Information is securely encrypted and can be accessed on a permission only basis via numerous parameters. Archives are conveniently retrievable through various search options including date, time, user, direction, and subject.
