Yes, the company is subject to a winding up order but as there is an investor who has signed a legally binding agreement to provide mezzanine funding in the amount of €25 million, current indications are promising. Spirit on Media is therefore currently negotiating with the liquidator and pursuing the investor who remains very keen for a speedy transfer of funds.
If you look on the Frankfurt Exchange you will see that trading in Spirit on Media Shares continues unabated. This is a pecularity of the German Stockmarket. It seems there is no requirement to suspend trading even if a company were to cease to exist. Therefore this trading is likely to continue.
