My Q some posters on IHUB are saying there may be a reverse split? Or possibility of one? Any truth to this?
A: None whatsoever! No reverse split nor anything planned at all any kind.
Q: What about the 01 price point for OTCQB starting May 1
A: KNSC year end is Dec 31. This applies to KNSC 90 days after so April 1 2015. We have a year to get KNSC to a penny.
Q: KNSC is trading sideways with lots of great news. Why is that so in your opinion? Just curious as to what MMG take is on this?
A: There was an issue with TA. See 8k filing back in Sept Oct last year. DTCC took notice and placed a temporary chill on KNSC. That’s why many shareholders were unable to buy KNSC stock from their retail brokers. Now that the issue with transfer agent is resolved KNSC lawyers notified DTCC and the chill removal update will come off. DTCC takes anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to do this. There is a massive back order on buy orders on KNSC. Once this DTC list is updated all these orders should start registering and we should see some serious volume come in and hopefully appreciation based on laws of demand and supply.
Q: So you guys already notified DTC that TA is all fixed u now. Is your guys share price targed still in 5c range projection!?
A: Yes and we did a filing as well. Retraction, and all. Its all good now. Just waiting for DTC to update their records and ten the retail brokerages will start.Yes 5c is where we think we can get KNSC to and where it will we liquid and then we can start looking at getting some institutional buyers to come in.
