It is debt that arguably any corporate lender would lend with our economics, provided that we take the project to the next level of accuracy. Furthermore, we believe that the project economics will improve. The NPV in our PEA is $2.3 billion, and this was based upon us just producing a 10% concentrate, and we have just produced a 43.6% concentrate at no appreciable increase of operang cost.

CG: Let me answer your last queson first. I believe that the milestones that we have already achieved, including being one of a select few REE deposits in the world that can produce a better than 40% mineral concentrate, puts us in a position where we can be opmistic that we will secure a joint venture partner. When we were in China, just following the release of the Ashram PEA (June 2012), one of the largest producers of REE’s said to us that they believed that we have the best deposit. However, at this point, we had only produced a 10% mineral concentrate, and the producer said that they would be more interested if we were able to produce a better than 30% concentrate. We are now capable of producing a better than 40% mineral concentrate. 

Secondly, we engaged Deloitte in 2012 to act as our financial advisor, which means our corporate matchmaker. Through them, we have met basically everyone who is anyone in the REE world. We met companies who would be appropriate joint venture partners and we have a significant number of Non-Disclosure Agreements signed at this me.

das sehe ich auch so. Nur stellt sich für mich vorerst die Frage ob das gap 0,17cad noch  geschlossen wird.
Wenn es so kommen sollte wird der Kurs im Tagesverlauf sogleich wieder nach oben schnellen.

CCE Looks really good

Hey guys,
I'm heavily invested in CCE and yes, I agree, the chart looks great.

I emailed Chris and he kindly responded back to me. I am going to copy and paste some of things he said to me because I'm too lazy to re-phrase the email. Since I'm assuming that this information is common knowledge, I'm going to share it.

I asked - Do you have any timeline or goal for a JV? 
He replied - "we already have about 27 NDA’s outstanding and on this list is everyone who is anyone in the world currently producing the REE’s. In regards some of these on this list, we last met with them in June of 2012 and at that time we had just released our PEA, which was based upon us producing a 10% mineral concentrate; this was one of the times that I was told that, when it would get interesting to them was if and when we could produce a better than 30% mineral concentrate.

And of course, now we can produce a better than 40% mineral concentrate.
 
However, laying on top of this potential interest for a JV, was the year of 2013 in China which was an extremely slow, if not almost, negligible year for foreign investment, following the direction of the new President Xi, who was a real cold shower on such."

This is pretty cool. Sounds like there is lots of opportunity still with CCE in this regard. The other he said to me that was awesome was that they are trying to advance their assets with what available capital they have . Apparently they are owed roughly $1million in mining credits from Quebec Tax Credits. 

CCE and GWG are the only two plays in North America???(I'm assuming) that achieve greater then 30% mineral concentrate. CCE is higher then 40%. 

Chris also said that Chinese companies won't even look at your company if your not achieving 30% or greater.

 Nur Lynas und Molycorp sei es gelungen, große Minenkomplexe zu errichten, doch hätten die Unternehmen für ihren "Ehrgeiz" mit einem Einbruch der Bewertung bezahlt. Die besten Aussichten hätte nach Ansicht von Hallgarten eine Mine, die klein genug sei, um den Markt zu beliefern und gleichzeitig selbst bei einer niedrigeren Produktion noch rentabel zu arbeiten. Laut Hallgarten sei die Gruppe der Unternehmen, die noch im Seltene Erden-Sektor vertreten sind, in den vergangenen zwei Jahren erheblich geschrumpft. Für die Überlebenden aber, so die Analysten, dürfte es nun wesentlich einfacher sein, eine Finanzierung zu erhalten.

Dies ist , was die Ursache der Bestand um über die Feiertage zu verdoppeln. Insgesamt glaube ich, diese Strommarkt für uns eine Neuausrichtung der gesamten REE -Sektor basierend auf den Grund Ergebnisse haben wir erreicht, was keine andere REE junior erreichen können angeben , und dies ist die Herstellung einer Mineralkonzentrat von ein Grad höher als 30 %, das ist , was der Markt (Industrie) interessiert ist in.

ich vertrete ja die These dass CCE in Canada das gap bei 0,17 cad schließt.
CCE ist eben schon bis 0,18 Cad gefallen
