Thank you for your email. We are as disappointed as you are with what had developed in Berlin, however these were not of our making. We did not instruct anybody to have LAMBDA be listed in Berlin. this was done by a German Wertpapierhandelsbank without our knowledge. We did not authorize any e-mails recommending the purchase of our shares.
Here is what we did: We did purchase a number of shares during the last few days of trading in Berlin, at the price which was traded then. By law, we can not buy shares at pre-determined prices from individual shareholders. We have to offer the same price to everybody. This is what we did during the last days in Berlin.
As far as LAMBDA’s business is concerned: we have posted record profits in 2012 and 2013 and have another record third quarter this year. You can follow all that in the recent press releases. We have mandated lawyers to write and submit a prospectus to the regulatory authorities to give us a basis to be listed on a regulated exchange, which will offer investors market transparency.
We are currently applying for the regulated market on the GXG in London and have been in the extensive process of putting together a professionally published Corporate Prospectus. As you are probably aware, this is a time consuming and expensive endeavor but we will have this accomplished hopefully very soon. This has been our goal since joining the Deutsche Boerse initially in early 2010. In the mean time we will continue to inform our shareholders via news releases, which will be published on our website and the GXG Markets website. Just check our website on a regular basis to follow LAMBDA’s progress.
Kind regards, Rob Corcoran |
