United Brokers Stockholm AB have given Obducat’s Board of Directors their notice of intent to exercise the call option which was granted to United Brokers in connection with Obducat’s new issue of shares with preferential rights in spring 2005. The option entitles United Brokers to subscribe for 25 million Series B shares in Obducat at an issue price of SEK 1,12 per share in cash, i.e. a total of SEK 28 million.


In accordance with the new regulations that came into force on 1 January 2006, the new shares may not be traded without previous authorisation and registration of a prospect. A soon as Finansinspektionen (Financial Supervisory Authority) has approved and registered Obducat’s prospect, the Obducat Board will decide to issue the shares. Subsequent to subscription and payment on the part of United Brokers the new shares will be registered with Bolagsverket (Swedish Companies Registration Office) and VPC (Securities Register Centre) and thereafter trading can commence.

Daß bei der HV zwie weitere Mitglieder in den Aufsichtsrat kommen sollen,werde ich unterstützen.(Auch wenn es erst ein mal Mehrkosten bedeutet)

The Nominations Committee of Obducat, which has consisted of Henri Bergstrand, Lars Montelius, Olav Axelsson and Johan Boman, has agreed to propose the following to the Annual General Meeting in Obducat AB:

That the number of board members be increased to seven
That present Board members Ingrid Osmundsen, Thomas Parker, Werner Uhlmann, Lars Montelius and Henri Bergstrand be re-elected
That Henri Bergstrand be re-elected Chairman of the Board
That Örjan Johansson and Kjell Grubin be elected as new members
That a board fee of SEK 125,000 (unchanged) per annum be paid to each Board member, and, in addition, that Henri Bergstrand be paid SEK 54,000 per month as remuneration for his role as working chairman

That the Board be authorised to pay additional remuneration to a board member carrying out work considered to be beyond the scope of the normal work on the board

6/21/2006 All employee stock options in Obducat fully subscribed




All the employees of Obducat have informed the Board of their intent to use the employee stock options in the incentive programme of 2003 to subscribe for new series B shares.



The options programme, approved by the 2003 AGM, extends to June 2006 and comprises 1,155,000 options, each entitling the holder to subscribe for 1.11 new series B shares. The programme comprises a total amount of 1,282,050 new series B shares at a subscription price of SEK 1.40 per share.



The share capital will subsequently increase by SEK 128,205, with the cash issue contributing SEK 1.8 million and the warrants SEK 0.35 to Obducat.



The total purchase sum for the employee amounts to an average amount of SEK 1.67 per share.



The Chairman of the Board says:
”The belief in the future that the employees of Obducat now afford themselves, the Board and the market by using all the allocated employee options demonstrates their faith in the company, the technology and future opportunities within reach, which is very gratifying indeed.”

Kurs steht bei 2,67 SEK in Schweden , ca.0,29 € .  

Seit Tagen zu erkennen, dass der Kurs in Frankfurt gedeckelt wird!  

At the Annual General Meeting in Obducat AB (publ), the following Board Directors were elected:



Henri Bergstrand, Lars Montelius Ingrid Osmundsen, Werner Uhlmann and Thomas Parker (re-elected), and new election of Kjell Grubin and Örjan Johansson.



Henri Bergstrand was re-elected Chairman of the Board.



It was further resolved to adopt the income statements and balance sheets for the Parent company and the Group, to approve the proposal that no dividend be distributed and to approve that the Members of the Board and the President be discharged from liability.



Finally, the proposal to authorize the Board to issue a maximum of 80 million shares before the 2007 AGM was unanimously adopted.

Dies bedeutet aber nicht,daß wie heute gesehen auf Begleitmanipulation verzichtet wird.
-Über Tage wird der Kurs niedrig gehalten,eine HV abgehalten auf der eine massive Kapitalerhöhung abgesegnet wird und als einziger wirklich greifbarer positiver Punkt, die Wahrnehmung von Aktienoptionen(in u n b e d e u t e n d e m Ausmaß), der Obducatmitarbeiter(durch Zuversicht!begründet),bleibt.
Da musste der Kurs nach Süden gehen.
ES gibt aber noch einen wesentlichen Punkt der vor obigem Szenario den Kursdruck noch weiter verstärkt da er sich nach einer leeren Durchhalteparole anhört:
Die Aussage dass Ende06,Anfang07 der Verkauf von NIL-Maschinen zur Massenproduktio richtig anlaufen soll.

Nun der Hammer:Heute Vormittag wird ein weiterse US-Patent gemeldetdas insbesondere für die Massenfertigung mit Obducat´s NIL-Technik Vorteile bringt!!

Zu einer Zeit als in Amerika noch viele schliefen,oder gehen dort die Mitarbeiter des Patentamtes im morgengrauen zur Arbeit um als erstes auf´s Knöpfchen zu drücken um den Schweden schnell mal die Zulassung rüber zu schicken.
Mir kann keiner weis machen,daß gestern zur HV noch niemand etwas davon wusste.
Da wurde noch mal für günstige Einstiegskurse gesorgt-und einige haben sich mit ganz ordentlichen Paketen aauf das Spiel eingelassen.

Vor dem Hintergrund des  heutigen US-Patents ist  die Genehmigung der KE vom verzwifelten Geldbeschaffungsversuch um zu überleben zum soliden Fundamentsbestandteil für eine prosperierende Gecshäftsentwicklung geworden.  

Da wurde noch mal für günstige Einstiegskurse gesorgt-und einige haben sich mit ganz ordentlichen Paketen aauf das Spiel eingelassen

Die heuete vormittag gemeldete Patentzulassung für USA ist inhaltlich gleich mit dem Europapatent vom 05.07.06.
Hoffentlich fertigt in Zukunft keiner mit dem selben Verfahren in Mexiko,Canada oder Israel.
Im Ernst-ich denke schon,daß es sinnvoll ist sich seine Technologie, vor allem in den Märkten in denen die Konkurrenz sitzt ,absichern zu lassen.
Das heutige Patent(Antihaftbeschichtung)ist m.M. ein"Verschlußglied" aus der "Kette" von gemeldeten Patenten um einen kompletten Fertigungsprozess in der Massenproduktion ablaufen zu lassen.
Für Japan fehlt uns im Moment noch die Meldung über die Zulassung dieses Patents.
Wird in einigen Wochen kommen!
Und gerade von Japan erwarte ich dann auch eine erste offizielle Meldung über einen großen Industrieauftrag,schließlich hat Obducat`s neuer(seit Mai 06)Vertriebspartner in Japan(Canon)dort einen Marktanteil von über 60%.  

Eigentlich schade,daß die Pressemeldung vom neuen Patent in Japan von heute Vormittag hier auf ariva immer noch nicht auf der Obducatseite eingestellt ist.
Will ja nicht Mutmaßen,daß jemand an günstigen Einstiegskursen interessiert ist.

ich hab die aktien schon ueber ein Jahr aber so langsam hab ich echt keinen bock mehr auf die .Ich wart bis ende des Jahres un d wenn dann nix passiert weg mit dem muell.  

Ich denke du kannst sie getrost behalten.
Im aktuellen DSW-Börsenjournal steht,daß Canon sich im Consumerbereich neben Kameras und Druckern mit Flachbildschirmen(Achtung Luminusmeldung!) ein drittes Standbein schaffen will.
Gerne denke ich dabei an die Meldung vom Mai diesen Jahres:Canon übernimmt in Japan den Vertrieb für Obducat!  

..daß sich heute mittag einer in Frankfurt gegönnt hat.
280k in einem Stück(bei diesem Chart)und zwar gerade angeboten und gleich zugelangt.
Entweder ist der verrückt, oder er weis mehr!
Da werden doch nicht gute NAchrichten im Busch sein?

Hat jemand was gehört, wie die Zahlen ausgefallen sind?  

mal sehen was daraus wird.
Ich weiterhin der überzeugung das es hier irgendwann richtig abgehen wird.
 

Der Anstieg heute kam so heftig wie überraschend.
Aber das war bei Obducat schon immer so - langsam und lange bergab und wenn niemand mehr daran glaubt, wie Phönix aus der Asche.
Ausserdem hat sich immer erst der Kurs gerührt und dann swind Nachrichten gekommen.
In einem schwedischen Board wird gemutmasst(soweit ich das verstanden habe),daß sich ein amerikanischer Fonds einkauft.  

sollte an diesem Gerücht wirklich was dran sein,dann müßte doch ein heftigerer Kursanstieg als 25 % erfolgen.Zumindest hätte es heute weiter gehen müssen.Ist aber nicht.Trotzdem gebe ich bei der sehr guten Auftragslage die Obducat  den letzten zwei Jahren eingefahren hat die Hoffnung nicht auf das Obducat bald mal ein Kracher wird.
