Apac Resources : Buys 1.4 Million More Shares in China Hongqiao

(MT Newswires) -- Apac Resources (HKG:1104) bought 1.4 million more shares in China Hongqiao (HKG:1378) for HK$15.4 million ($2 million), according to a late Tuesday disclosure.

The shares were acquired for HK$10.99 each in the secondary market, the commodity trader said.

Apac previously purchased 5.2 million shares in China Hongqiao for HK$56.3 million, or HK$10.84 apiece, also through open-market deals spread within a year.

Apac now owns 6.6 million shares in the aluminum products manufacturer, which represent 0.072% of China Hongqiao's issued shares, the filing said.

Shares of China Hongqiao rose nearly 2% at midday.

Nach ersten Berichten aus dem Unternehmen wurde aus einen Verlust nun ein Gewinn in die Bilanz
geschrieben.
"Profit attributable to shareholders for the 12 months ended June 30 would likely exceed HK$1.20 billion ($154.5 million), compared with an attributable loss of HK$429 million a year ago, according to a Thursday bourse disclosure."

Und nun folgt die Kapitalerhöhung  im Verhältnis 5 : 1 zu HKD 1,20 pro Stück umgerechnet zu 0,13 Euro.

Bei der letzten Kapitalerhöhung im Jahr 2019  ist die Aktie von APAC stark eingebrochen.

Ob man seine Optionen ausüben sollte sollte jeder selber entscheiden den man hat ja bis zum 06.Oktober 2022 noch etwas Zeit zum überlegen.

Ob der Aluminium Hersteller China Hongqiao wo dort APAC eingestiegen ist auch weiterhin von den hohen Aluminiumpreis profitieren wird?
