WASHINGTON, D.C. - Executives have recently unloaded a significant amount of stock at these five companies.
Insider selling hardly spells doom, but it could serve as signal for those looking to take some profits or make an outright exit from a stock. We screened for stocks trading near 52-week highs and where insiders have sold more than 25,000 shares in the past six months. All these stocks currently show price-to-earnings multiples greater than their five-year averages and sell for more than four times revenue per share.
