19) Subsequent events
Subsequent to 30 April 2020, the Company:
a) entered into debt settlement agreements with consultants to settle amounts owing by issuing 584,754
common shares of the Company;
b) issued 5,263,497 units for gross proceeds of $1,473,779. Each unit consists of one common share of the
Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire an
additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.70 for a period of two years from the
date of issuance;
c) granted 3,000,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.62 for a term of five years, 2,000,000 stock
options with an exercise price of $1.10 for at term of one year and 5,000,000 stock options with an exercise
price of $1.25 for a one year term. These options were granted to officers, directors, consultants and
employees of the company;
d) issued 3,000,000 common shares of the Company for services provided by consultants;
e) issued 4,785,000 common shares of the Company for exercise of stock options;
f) issued 2,362,196 common shares of the Company for exercise of warrants;
g) issued 50,000 common shares of the Company as severance payment to a former employee of the
