Nach Gewinnmitnahme nun Neueinstieg. Bei dem Volumen bei zunehmenden Kursen muss da schon fast ein Ausbruch kommen.  

dann sieht man das vor bekanntgabe der letzten Zahlen das gleiche gehühner mit dem Kurs stattgefunden hat. Also das er "künstlich" unten gehalten wurde und dann der heftige ausbruch nach oben gekommen ist.

ich deute das mal als ein absolut positives zeichen ... auch wenn hier einige scheinbar heftig mit der aktie rumspielen ...  

RT-Orderbuch USA schaut auch so aus, als ob nach unten gut abgesichert wäre. Nach oben schaut es mir dünner aus - nur vier Asks bis 0,15 (sprich Zuwachs 0,008), aber acht Orders als Absicherung zur 0,14.

knappe 1,5 mio aagh´s verkauft hatt???  

Ob evtl. unser geliebter CEO Mr. Mak seine ersten Papierchen bekommen und verscheuert hat? Die zwei Wochen seit 24.10. sind rum... würde das Volumen seit gestern erklären, und bei 60.000 $ Jahresgehalt wird er ab und zu ein paar Aktien auf den Markt werfen müssen, um einen CEO-gemäßen Lebensstandard zu finanzieren :-).

Dann würde sich mir aber die Frage stellen, wer so eine Menge nachfrägt, so dass der Kurs dermaßen anzieht. Irgendwas im Busch ist auf jeden Fall.  

 

Mal morgen schauen, heute eh keine Richtung erkennbar (zumindest für mich nicht)  

Erstmal Grüsse von einem Bayernfan! Der CEO kann meines Wissens nach frühestens in 2 JAHREN nicht WOCHEN verkaufen, da er die Aktien erst registrieren lassen müsste. Und erst NACH Registrierung tritt die 2 Jahressprerre in Kraft. Sollte mir ein Denkfehler unterlaufen sein bitte melden!!!  

Momentan sind Bayernfans und Clubfans ja eher Leidensgenossen denn Gegner :-) Nur sind Clubfans aus der Historie eine gewisse Leidensfähigkeit gewöhnt. Frustationstoleranz ist sozusagen Grundvoraussetzung :-) Mein Sohn ist Bayernfans, der leidet im Moment mehr wie ich *lol*

Zur Aktie: laut Deinem Link http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/...006%255C10%255C30%255C&symbol=AAGH sind die Aktien - ausgehend vom 24.10. - innerhalb von 15 Tagen fällig für Mr. Mak. Die Sache mit den 2 Jahren weiß ich, konnte sie aber nirgends verifizieren. Da haben wir um den 30.10. hier im Thread schon mal gepostet; aber Du hattest auch keine schriftlichen Quellen. Und dieses Volumen hat genau 15 Tage nach dem 24.10. eingesetzt... ich bin da ein chronisch mißtrauischer Mensch bei solchen Zufällen.

Allerdings: ich stelle mir weniger die Frage, wer verkauft hat, sondern mehr, wer kauft. Müssen ja etliche sein. Das ist wiederum ein gutes Zeichen. Deswegen ist für mich hier keine genaue Richtung erkennbar.  

Soviel ich weiss kann der CEO zwar binnen 10 Tagen die Pref.A-Aktien wandeln, jedoch nicht verkaufen! Das ist ein entscheidender Punkt. Wandeln ja. Verkaufen NEIN!

Die Aktien müssten zuvor nach rule 144 registriert werden UND, ganz wichtig, planned sales melden!(Nach 2 Jahren Wartezeit) Dort sehe ich aber keine planned sales

Deshalb glaube ich weniger an einen Verkauf des Ceo´s. Ich vermute viel eher dass der Kurs künstlich "unten" gehalten wurde um so billig aufladen zu können.

Aber wie gesagt, alles eine Vermutung.  

Nach Zahlenbekanntgabe diese o. nächste woche sind 50-100% auf jednfall drin :)

Schaut euch mal das Volumen an. Je näher die Q3-Zahlen rücken desto höher wird das Volumen! AAGH unmittelbar vor Detonation?

AAGH: Fundamentals: The 3rd quarter filing period for earnings is November 14th which is only a week away. As you can tell the stock has become active here today which seems like it’s an anticipated run toward the earnings accouchement. We all know that the company is making solid profits from their July update where it posted revenues increasing 745% over last years. Profits increase 590%. When the quarter was filed and the news hit the stock soared from .07 to .41 within a few weeks. This was our big runner over the summer and I know many in this room made very good money on it. I would expect similar activity to occur this time around and you can see it’s being picked up today as a forward looking event nears (November 14th). On the Technical Side: Stock has bottomed out on the charts. A key day was Oct 30th you had a volume climax day were last sellers had blown out of the stock. The stock looks cleaned up and ready to move. Looking for.25-.30 in the short term. Discalimer: I currently own the stock and looking to buy more in the open market.
