...wie ein Konzernumsatz von 280 bis 290 Millionen Euro möglich ist (und im ersten Quartal 250 Millionen Umsatz stehen), wenn ein upfront payment von $750 million [assuming the upfront payment being transferred to MorphoSys bank accounts (expected by the end of March)] erfolgen/erfolgt sein soll. Auf drei Quartale verteilt? Was nun? "Zum Ende des ersten Quartals 2020 verfügt MorphoSys über eine Liquiditätsposition von 1,1 Mrd. EUR" spricht dafür, dass der gesamte Betrag bereits ankam, dass im ersten im Quartal 250 Millionen Umsatz stehen und für 2020 von 280 bis 290 Mio Umsatz ausgegangen wird, spricht dagegen.
Das upfront payment von 750Mio wird in 3 oder 4 Jahren (soweit ich mich an dem CC errinern kann) verteilt und als Umsatz gebucht obwohl es in voller Höhe bereits eingenommen wurde .

Gestern gab es den Q1 Bericht von Xencor (nachbörslich). Hier wurde dann doch auch für MOR Aktionäre Erhellendes bzgl. der in Q1 geflossenen Milestones (12,5m$) und zukünftigen Milestones (nur 25m$!!) bei Zulassung berichtet. Zusätzlich noch mal bestätigt, dass man an Umsätzen zwischen hohen 1stelligen und niedrigen 2stelligen Prozentpunkte beteiligt sein wird.
Tafasitamab (MorphoSys): In March, MorphoSys announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) accepted MorphoSys’ Biologics License Application (BLA) and granted priority review for tafasitamab in combination with lenalidomide for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (r/r DLBCL), and Xencor received a milestone payment of $12.5 million. Tafasitamab was initially developed by Xencor and incorporates an XmAb Cytotoxic Fc Domain to enhance its anti-tumor activity. The FDA has set a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of August 30, 2020, and Xencor is eligible to receive an additional $25 million regulatory milestone payment related to DLBCL and royalties on net sales in the high-single to low-double digit percentages.
