March 14, 2007 NEWS RELEASE Closing of Second Tranche of the Private Placement previously announced on January 22, 2007 New Cantech Ventures Inc. (“Cantech”) (TSXV:NCV, FSE:C7X) is pleased to announce that it has closed the second tranche of the private placement previously announced on January 22, 2007. The second tranche of the private placement involved the sale of 2,517,343 units at the price of $0.75 per unit for proceeds of $1,888,007.20. In total, the private placement raised $5,000.000. The units are comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase a further common share of Cantech at the price of $0.75 in the first year and $1.00 in the second year. The securities issued in the second tranche are subject to a four month hold period expiring on July 15, 2007. The proceeds from the sale of the units will be used for working capital purposes. Cantech has paid a finder’s cash fee under the first tranche (which closed on March 12, 2007) and the second tranche totalling $395,799.97 in aggregate, equal to 8% of the subscription proceeds realized from the sale of the units as follows, (a) $120,000.00 to Mr. Sunkwang Lee, (b) $265,751.17 to Mr. Gordon Neal and (c) $10,048.80 to Pacific International Securities Inc. In Kanada am Freitag 1,05 sind 0,7€.Denke es ist nur noch eine Frage der Zeit bis der große Ausbruch Richtung 1€ kommt und dann ist alles drin bis 1,75€.Das geht dann ganz schnell.NCV ist schon in den Rang der meist gesuchten Aufgestiegen das ist immer ein gutes Zeichen.Lieber gleich einsteigen als später dem Kurs hinterher laufen.
Es geht Richtung Norden das wird noch eine schöne NCV-Woche.Das Allzeithoch kann wieder in Angriff genommen werden.Bin seit gestern drin.Viel Spaß noch allen und "Strong buy" wer noch nicht dabei ist.
ich abe 20 000 stück!! die behalte ich auch noch!! für längere zeit ...........zumindest die 20 000...........nebenbei hab eich noch 5000 die ich hab und zu mal verkaufe und dann wieder kaufe ........um das geld von 5000 stück immer zu steigern was mir bis jetzt sehr gut gelungen ist
