Dear Christian,
In response to your PetroHunter Corp. inquiry, the cash balance at June 30, 2007 was $18,101. The Company has been funding its operations since January 9, 2007 pursuant to a Credit and Security Agreement with Global Project Finance AG for $15,000,000(USD) and further to an incremental increase of $45,000,000 (USD) which provides the Company a line of credit up to $60,000,000 (USD) as of May 21, 2007. The outstanding balance at June 30, 2007 was $21,709,061, resulting in an unused credit line for future periods of $15,709,061. Our cash balances are low since we want to minimize our interest expense costs at this time on any cash that would be drawn down on the Company's credit line. I hope this helps.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Long,
with an uncomfortable feeling I noticed Petrohunter's report for the second quarter with cash & cash equivalents of less than $ 20,000. Could you please inform me as a shareholder if the operational business of Petrohunter is secured for the future?
I own more than 100,000 shares of Petrohunter and I believe in your idea and a raising oil price up to $ 100,-. Nevertheless the stock performance is depressing. Moreover I recommend to improve investor relation in Germany where your stock is listed too. Your reputation here in Germany is due to the missing IR not the best. Maybe this would help to support the stock price.
Petrohunter's assets are great as far as I know but are they financially viable with just $ 18,000 of cash? I am looking forward to hear from you soon with explanations and I really hope that you can abolish my fears of loosing my money.
Best regards,
