IPN Communications Offer VoIP Phone Technologies As OEM Solutions to Phone Manufacturers Tuesday January 27, 5:30 am ET IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI - News; Berlin Stock Exchange: 779612 - News) today announced that it has launched a new business initiative to license its calling device technologies as OEM solutions. Under the new business initiative, IPN will license and make available its calling device technologies for private labeling. Phone manufacturers can now incorporate IPN's VoIP electronics into their own desktop, portable, and handheld phones and market them through their existing sales channels. IPN expects to gain market shares by forming strategic partnerships with major phone manufacturers to introduce VoIP into their existing product lines. As a possible result, more phones can be manufactured to operate in dual mode where it can make and receive regular as well as VoIP calls. All IP calls to and from these phones must be routed through IPN's servers. The Company offers free IP-to-IP calls anywhere in the world but will charge for long distance calls to conventional phones. "We believe this initiative will further help proliferate the use of VoIP phones," stated Michael Wu, IPN's CEO. "Phone manufacturers with existing support systems and sales channels can manufacture and market our products much more efficiently than we can. This is one of many innovative solutions IPN will announce this year as we strive to bring low-cost high-quality VoIP calling to the masses," Wu added. About DataLogic International Inc.
