Ich bin immer noch auf der Suche nach dem Verkäufer der letzten Wochen und Monaten. Tubeileh ist ein Kandidat, denn er hatte garantiert Aktien, als Activa aus TNG hervorging, ich schätze 30000 post-Splitt. Jetzt müsste man nur noch rausfinden, ob er damals im Guten von Activa ging. Offensichtlich muss es Meinungsverschiedenheiten gegeben haben, denn sonst steigt man nicht aus einem so vielversprechenden Projekt so kurz nach Gründung aus, um 1,5 Jahre später dasselbe wieder zu versuchen.
Klingt wie eine Verschwörungstheorie, nicht? Aber mir war gerade langweilig ;-)

Mr. Robert Card, President, Gulfside Minerals Ltd. (TSX V. GMG) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bernard Tubeileh, of Frankfurt, Germany, to the company’s advisory board.
Mr. Tubeileh is a graduate, with Honors, of the European Business School in London, Madrid & Paris.
Mr Tubeileh worked 12 years for a number of investment banks, including Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Bank Ltd., Frankfurt/London, Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie, Cologne, and Morgan Stanley Asset Management, London, where he contributed to the success of capital market transactions well in excess of 5 billion euros.
In 2003 Mr. Tubeileh set up his own investment and advisory boutique whose primary focus is to finance and advise mid-sized companies and has held management board or supervisory board positions at companies such as Business Media China AG, REC Real Estate China AG and Activa Resources AG and assisted in financing and structuring these companies. In addition he managed the financing of a large number of companies of world wide scope. Bernard is currently Chief Executive Officer of the German/US Company, Global Oil & Gas AG.
Mr. Tubeileh joins Dr. Marc Bustin, PhD, professor of Coal Geology at the University of British Columbia, on the Company’s Advisory Board. Mr. Tubeileh will assist Gulfside in the next phases of corporate expansion and development.

Activa Resources AG: Changes in the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of Activa Resources AG announces that on July 19th Mr. Bernard Tubeileh resigned from his position as member of the Supervisory Board effective August 16th 2005. Mr. Tubeileh will focus in the future on his activities in the Peoples Republic of China. He will continue to support Activa Resources AG in an advisory role. At the company’s forthcoming AGM, planned for August 30th 2005, the Supervisory Board will propose Dr. Gerd Escher as a new member of the Supervisory Board to replace Mr. Tubeileh. Dr. Escher was previously a Management Board member of Veba Oil AG and has many years of international experience in the oil industry.
The Management and Supervisory Boards regret Mr. Tubeileh’s decision to stand down. His experience and support to the Management with regard to the company’s capital increases in recent months is highly valued.
Mr. Walter Blumenthal was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board effective 16th August 2005 at the company’s Supervisory Board meeting on July 14th 2005. In addition, the Supervisory Board approved the company’s 2004 Financial Statements in its meeting on July 6th 2005.
