Dear Mr. xxx… Please find below the answers to your questions. I hope you can confirm the following statements from Asiapac Minerals Co. Ltd. 1) The company confirm by letter, that they are actually involved in some approved mineral exploration projects by DOE.
2) They have COC´s for two coal blocks in Toledo City, Cebu and three coal blocks in Barangay Caurasan, Carmen, Cebu. Can you confirm this, please?
Antwort DOE: Asiapac Minerals Co. Ltd. has no Coal Operating Contract (COC) with the DOE based on our records
3) Are there still mining activities in these coal mines? 4) The Company purchased rights to explore three properties in January of this year. Are these the Bicol project, the Surigao project in Northern Mindanao and the Davao project in Southern Mindanao?
Antwort DOE: We have no information about this.
5) Is the cooperation partner from Asiapac, Core 8 Mining Corp. (based in Lapu-Lapu city, Mactan, Cebu) listed or know by DOE? Antwort DOE:Core 8 Mining Corporation is the holder of COC No. 171 covering two blocks in Toledo City but we are not aware of its partnership with Asiapac
