Albireo neuer big player im Pharma-Milliardenmarkt

Die Amis kennen Albo genau so gut wie wir hier im Forum oder die Aktionäre die sich damit beschäftigen,
Oder meint ihr, die die drüben biodel gekauft haben haben sich mit dem Thema nicht beschäftigt in was sie investieren!?
Klar kommt noch hinzu das der Preis jetzt in einer anderen Liga ist wie vorher. Und neue Aktionäre auf Albo aufmerksam werden, aber die müssen sich genau so einlesen wie es die deutschen müssen für denen der Wert auf einmal interessant wird.
Von meiner Seite denke ich das die Aktie erstmal stabil bleibt und viele erstmal abwarten was hier eigentlich geboten wird hier bei Albo.
Ist jetzt für alle was neues!

"alten" Albireo-Aktien sind ein halbes Jahr gesperrt und daher erst einmal nicht handelbar.
Es sind daher nur die ca 2,1 Mill. Aktien handlbar, die nach dem Biodel-Aktien RS hervorgehen.  

Du weißt aber schon, dass morgen Samstag ist ?

Da machen die auch für Albo keine Ausnahme.  :-)  

Ich hab noch den kurs von gestern im depot  

und ich hab den Kurs nach RS im Depot (19,5$)
ABER mit der Anzahl Aktien vor RS  
:-)))    

Schnell verkaufen und schnell nach Nordkorea. Die liefern nicht aus! LoL

DELAYED SETTLEMENT
The ALBO component of the ALBO1 deliverable will settle through National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). OCC will delay settlement of the cash portion of the ALBO1 deliverable until the cash in lieu of fractional ALBO Shares is determined. Upon determination of the cash in lieu amount, OCC will require Put exercisers and Call assignees to deliver the appropriate cash amount.

Wenn ich den alten bestand mit dem neuen Kurs in meinen Depot so anschaue dann bitte Sekt.... ach was.... Champagner.... pillepalle... ich kauf gleich den ganzen club :))

Mal schauen wie lange es dauert bis die deutschen Broker umgestellt haben.
Meiner Meinung nach hat man jetzt wenigstens wieder richtig viel Luft nach unten.
Kurs nach R/S :           19,5 $  naja wir werden es ja sehen
