ein Fehler (wenn man es überhaupt mit Fehler bezeichnen kann/sollte) war es bestimmt nicht bei den fallenden Kursen nachzukaufen. Zur Zeit ist eine gewisse Verunsicherung (auch Corona Mutationen geschuldet) im Markt. Ich sehe das am Depot - fast alle Werte fallen in dieser Woche täglich um ein paar Prozent. Es fehlt die klare Linie in der Politik sowie eine Zukunftsperspektive am Aktienmarkt.
Bei TGT dauert es jetzt erstmal ca. 4 Monate bis zum nächsten wichtigen Termin 15.06. - da nimmt man gerne auch mal Gewinne mit und steigt unten zu gegebener Zeit wieder ein. Das Invest ist solide und gut, keine Frage. Aber es gibt in der Zwischenzeit auch andere Möglichkeiten aus einem Euro - Zwei zu machen und da nutzen halt einige.
Ich für meinen Teil streue auf mindestens 10 verschieden Aktien und fahre damit nicht schlecht. Es braucht halt immer Geduld und somit Zeit - aber bei TGT bin ich sehr zuversichtlich das der zweite Streich auch gelingt und dann sehen wir auch Kurse die entsprechend den Analysten sehr Nahe kommen werden.

Fairly certain at this point that it's not going to be at ACTRIMS. I sort of expected that it wouldn't be because I recall Wiess saying in some talk awhile back that they would like to present the full data at one of two upcoming major medical conferences, one being in February and the other April. I also recall he said that they probably wouldn't have the data ready in time for the February one. I assume he meant not in time to meet the submission deadlines for the Feb conference. He did not name the two conferences by name but it's kind of obvious that they would be ACTRIMS and then AAN in April.

Since as it is rather clear that it is not ACTRIMS, this brings up the prospective AAN conference in April.

By the way, there is no reason at all to be disappointed in it being AAN and not ACTRIMS. The American Academy of Neurology bills the conference as the " world's premier meeting in neurology ". It's a big deal. A quick search of their website reveals that the time frame for submission of what the refer to as emerging science abstracts is from Dec 8, 2020 to Feb 8, 2021. Topline MS data was presented by the company on Dec 10, and they should not have been awfully far from full data at that point.

I think they made the deadline for AAN. Looking forward to full MS data at the " worlds premier meeting in neurology". Starts April 17. Unfortunately, emerging science abstracts embargoed until April 16.

Wenn die Aktie wieder zündet kanns ganz schön heftig nach oben gehen. Ich bin am Kleingeld einsammeln um ebenso nachzukaufen.

Was hältst du von den Zahlen und vom Ausblick? Der kurs reagiert leider garnicht.  

UKONIQ left our 3PL facility within one week of approval. The drug is now fully available in the channel through our specialty pharmacy and specialty distributors and prescriptions are being processed. Our market access team along with the medical team has been actively meeting with payers to ensure that UKONIQ is placed on formulary and available to patients.

So far, our conversations with these payers have been very productive and we remain confident we'll achieve broad coverage to our FDA label for UKONIQ. Within days of the approval, we are also pleased to see that the National Comprehensive Cancer Network or the NCCN added UKONIQ to its clinical practice guidelines and compendium for both marginal zone and follicular lymphoma. This is a positive step forward and provides additional support for the adoption of UKONIQ. While we are in the very early days post-FDA approval, we believe the commercial launch thus far is off to a very strong start.

"The overall response rate was 47.1%, and tumor reduction occurred in 86.4% of patients".

Ich bin kein Mediziner, aber wenn das Medikament beim Patienten anschlägt, dann wirkt es bei 86 % dieser Patienten. Das sind doch fantastische Ergebnisse in erster Linie für die Therapie der betroffenen Menschen. TGTX rettet Leben. Da ist der Kurs dann irgendwie auch nebensächlich aber man ist gerne Aktionär.

Samstag ist ein wichtiger Tag für TG.

Die entscheidenden Daten für die MS Therapie sollen vorgestellt werden. Sollte man den Wert ARR Wert 0.10 erreichen, würde das die derzeit effektivste Behandlung bestätigen.

Sollte das eintreffen, dann muss es kurzfristig in Richtung 70 Dollar gehen.

viel Glück allen Investierten. Wird Zeit mal wieder eine grüne Welle zu reiten. Langsam nervt die Gesamtsituation am Markt einfach nur noch.

Wer weiß für was es gut ist. Vielleicht kann man hier was mitnehmen und bei den anderen Werten dann nachlegen.
