Hearings for each of PTIF and Oi Brasil Holdings to consider the requests for conversion of their respective suspension of payments proceedings into Dutch bankruptcy proceedings
On 12 January 2017, hearings were held in the District Court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in relation to the requests for conversion of the suspension of payments proceedings for each of Oi's finance vehicles in the Netherlands, Oi Brasil Holdings Coöperatief UA em recuperação judicial (subject to Brazilian in-court restructuring proceedings) ("Oi Brasil Holdings") and PTIF.
The District Court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed that it expects to render its decision in relation to both Oi Brasil Holdings' and PTIF's hearings for the conversion of their respective suspension of payments proceedings on 26 January 2017.
