..gibt es diverse Theorien auf ihub (und auch hier?) dazu, was Valcom angeht...  

..nicht einfach in der Schublade des MM landen und dort vergilben.  

 

 

muss bei so einer menge das bid ja auch "rein zufällig" entsprechend gefüllt sein, sonst würde der kurs ja tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiief nach unten durchgereicht werden.................

ich denke da eher an rathods als an dilution,aber evtl erkennt man ja bald mehr  

...........an das dachte ich grad gar net..............und da das seit monaten schon so geht bezweifel ich es stark, dass es vince ist......der wird sich das nicht wagen........ich bin aber auch gespannt was unter anbetracht dessen im bericht überhaupt stehen "darf"  

grundsätzlich alles in SEC Form-T (daher der name) geregelt.
auf OTC dilution auch während status quo durchführbar  

gibt es informationen wie lange status quo order noch andauert/wann ist trial date?

So, they are under the Status Quo and there wont come in new wind till the trial day is set and one of the parties (following the 13SC this are Vince and Rathods) will continue their course of business.  

Habe auch schon diesbezüglich telefoniert, aber bis kurz vor Weihnachten noch kein Feedback erhalten.  

nun, 2012 werden wir um einiges schlauer werden.

Gibt es jetzt doch keine Quartalszahlen für den 28.12.11 ? oder doch und wenn ja wann kommen die denn ?
