Was daran interessant ist:
My guess is Susman Godfrey isn't just working on an hourly rate. I would be surprised if there isn't a success fee given the enormous scale of likely recovery.

Two additional filings from yesterday, good one to read the chain-email per the attachment but I will highlight some of the important details. SUSMAN GODFREY LLP had asked and completed deposition of the listed names and now another deposition for Mr. Cameron among other depositions.

RE: In re LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation, 11-MD-2262 (NRB) (S.D.N.Y.) - RBS
Michael,
We are in the process of confirming counsel for Mr. Kulkarni, who we expect will be represented by separate counsel. We will revert with further information.
NatWest is also identifying appropriate deponent(s) and availability for a NatWest 30(b)(6) deposition. NatWest reserves all objections, including on the number and scope of topics, which NatWest intends to assert upon receipt of a formal deposition notice.
Finally, NatWest opposes Plaintiffs' request to depose a seventh witness beyond the numerical limits set forth in the agreed-upon deposition protocol. Without waiving any objections or rights, however, please be advised that Mr. Cameron is represented by Nick Lewin of Krieger Kim & Lewin LLP. Neither we nor Mr. Lewin are currently authorized to accept or waive service on behalf of Mr. Cameron.
Regards,
Jenny –––
