Ich auch. Tut mir leid, wenn das so rüberkommt.

Bin aber so euphorisch. Habe darauf gewartet, dass Megastar noch mal runter kommt. Schau dir bitte den Chart an. Stark runter und dann um so stärker rauf. Ich halte dies für eine einmalige Gelegenheit, rate aber natürlich niemandem zum Kauf oder Verkauf. Bin einfach happy und belasse es jetzt auch dabei.

wird das nicht passieren. Wir bekommen die Eloro Aktien gerade vom Megastar Kurs abgezogen und am Ende haben wir nicht mehr als vorher, was in Ordnung wäre. Ich wäre schon froh, wenn wir aus der Nummer +/- rauskommen und danach wird man dann sehen was so passiert.  

Deine Meinung kann ich nicht so ganz teilen. Das SImkar ist nicht verkauft. Diese Meinung ist falsch. Für 70 Mio Aktien geht das Simkar Projekt an Eloro. Eloro und Megastar haben schon vor dem Aktientausch gemeinsam das Simkarprojekt exploriert. Nun der Aktientausch, damit Megastar noch stärker mit Eloro verbündet ist und noch stärker von den Goldvorkommen profitieren kann.

Im Gegensatz dazu hat Eloro keine Aktien von Megastar erhalten. Wäre auch nicht so gut, denn Megastar hat noch zwei gigantische Projekte in der Pipeline.

So verfügt das Unternehmen auch noch über das Kupfer- und Zinkprojekt Ralleau in Quebec, das ganz in der Nähe der Langlois-Mine von Breakwater (Reserven und Ressourcen von 8,3 Mio. Tonnen bei 11% Zink, 0,8% Kupfer und 53 g/t Silber) liegt. Hier haben geophysische Untersuchungen aus der Luft bereits 28 Bohrziele identifiziert. Wenn Megastar hier die Exploration der aussichtsreichsten Ziele vorantreibt, dürfte das Interesse potenzieller Joint Venture-Partner nicht lange auf sich warten lassen.

Hinzu kommt noch SEDEX, ein Zink-, Blei- und Silberprojekt im Norden der kanadischen Provinz British Columbia. Die Liegenschaft von Megastar liegt dabei auf der gleichen geologischen Struktur wie die Cirque-Lagerstätte, die 30 Millionen Tonnen bei 8 Prozent Zink und 2 Prozent Blei aufweist. Wenn die Bergbaugiganten Teck und Korea Zinc Cirque weiter voran treiben, sollte die Region einiges an Aufmerksamkeit erfahren. Für SEDEX hat Megastar in Rio Grande bereits einen Joint Venture-Partner gefunden, der sich für 2 Millionen Dollar an Explorationsaktivitäten, 72.500 Dollar in Cash und 200.00 Aktien einen Anteil von 60 Prozent an dem Projekt erarbeiten kann.

Falls es jemanden interessiert: Korea Zinc ist ein big player und hat sich schon bei Woulfe eingekauft. Wer weiß, vielleicht kaufen sie sich auch bald bei Megastar ein!

Megastar hat parallel am Simkar Projekt und am Ralleau Projekt gebohrt.
Ich glaube, dass bei beiden Projekten unglaublich gute Bohrergebnisse erzielt wurden. Doch zwei so große Megaprojekte sind für Megastar zu viel, um sie parallel zu meistern. Deshalb haben sie Eloro mit ins Boot geholt. Eloro kümmert sich um Simkar, wobei Megastar 48% an Eloro hält und somit Eloro jederzeit übernehmen kann.

Nun kümmert sich Megastar voll und ganz um das Ralleau-Projekt. Ergebnisse werden Ende Januar veröffentlicht. Glaubt mir, die Verantwortlichen kennen die Ergebnisse jetzt schon! Und sie werden wohl mindestens so gut sein wie beim Simkar Projekt. Oder würdet ihr das Projekt abgeben, das am erfolgreichsten ist? Nein. Ich würde das Projekt behalten, das am erfolgreichsten ist und das zweite abgeben.

Ganz schön schlau, oder?!  

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn der Kurs in Kanada steigen würde.
Doch die Holzfäller schlafen wohl gerne etwas länger ;-)

This stock is really going ot heat up now. As we go into the AGM the stock price shoudl move closer to 14 cents based on the dividend alone!

So, after the dividend the stock price will likely pull back a bit BUT it will be followed up with more news. This is what I expect from the RALLEAU property held by MDV.

One neighbour (Breakwater resources) has been after MDV for a long time now for a JV on that property. They built a huge mill and they need more ore to fill it. They think, hope or perhaps know? that MDV has ore on Ralluea that they need. They are seeking base metals I believe.

MDV has another neighbour Metanor. These guys have a gold producing property right there bordering MDV. So... does MDV have the natural extension of that gold deposit? Interesting news to come if they do!

I know from talking with IR that:

There is potential JV's coming up.

There are several anomalies of interest in the Ralleau.

Remember the news from last summer. MDV did the airborne and they have had guys out on the property sampling the targets. We do not yet know what they found.

We are long past due for a 43-101 to tell us what they discovered there and what they intend to do with it!  

Megastar granted Rio Grande Mining Corp. ("Rio Grande"), a private British Columbia corporation, an option to earn up to 60% interest. Under the terms of the Option Agreement with Rio Grande, Megastar will be paid, in stages, total of $70,000 cash and issued 200,000 common shares in the capital of Rio Grande on or before July 31, 2012. In addition to these payments, Rio Grande will also be required to incur exploration expenditures on the property totaling $2.0 million over the ensuing 36 months (of which $100,000 must be expended on or before January 31, 2009), to earn a 60% interest in the property.

Achtung: Im Abitibi Greenstone Belt wurden bereits riesige Mengen Gold, Zink, Kupfer und seltene Erden gefunden! Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn uns Ende Januar 2011 sogar ein bisschen Gold auf dem Ralleau Property gehört. Der 43-101 wird in wenigen Tagen veröffentlicht!

Megastar Begins Next Phase of Exploration on its Wholly Owned
Ralleau Copper-Zinc Project in Quebec

Vancouver, BC, Canada, August 3, 2010 - Megastar Development Corp. is pleased to announce the commencement of a property-wide field program on its Ralleau Copper-
Zinc Project (the “Property”) near Quevillon, Québec, just south-east of Breakwater’s Langlois Mine (December M&I resource of 6.7M tonnes grading 10% Zn and 0.7% Cu, and 47 g/t Ag). The program is designed to provide a geological model of the 12,165 hectare property which straddles a virtually unexplored section of the Archean Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

In addition, ground proofing of identified VTEM anomalies and surface prospecting will be completed to identify favorable horizons for both gold and base metal mineralization.
Over the past five years the Ralleau property has grown from the original size of 676 hectares to approximately 12,165 hectares comprised of 216 mining claims in the Lebel-sur-Quevillon mining camp, Québec. In January 2010 Breakwater initiated a $4.6 million program to advance two ramps and other capital expenditures to move closer the reopening of the Langlois mine. Megastar is focusing on a new area play covering a felsic to mafic volcanic sequence which is believed to represent an untested volcanic center. Previous work on the property has demonstrated the potential for Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide deposits with significant copper and zinc values associated with altered felsic volcanic rocks. Copper
concentrations from 1% to 5% were obtained from grab samples at several locations on the Property. Chip sample results elsewhere in the region returned values up to 1.56% Cu, 17.2 g/t Ag over 14 metres.

This new phase of work follows up a Mag-VTEM airborne survey conducted in 2008 which will help improve the understanding of the overall felsic volcanic package. The VTEM survey identified forty nine (49) conductors, several with magnetic correlation that could be associated with a VMS deposit. “The current ground work along with the 2008 airborne
survey will provide an excellent geological database for the subsequent diamond drilling program,” said Dušan Berka, president of Megastar. “We believe that our systematic approach to the property will pay off by optimizing the follow-up drilling program in order to unlock its potential efficiently.”
