Powell said the pace of the increase in rates last week "was something that was notable and caught my attention," but suggested the central bank is unlikely to step up its pace of bond buying. Ich merkte mir: "Progress" . Und übersetze es mal frei: Ja, wir haben es mitbekommen, aber bis wir Fortschritte (bei der Wirtschaft) machen, weiter im Text. Vielleicht machen wir auch bald Fortschritte, aber sicher nicht genug, also machen wir lange noch so weiter, und dann, irgendwann, werden wir vielleicht über Zinserhöhungen nachdenken." Jetzt mal für mich ungebildeten Volkswirt. Was hat jetzt den Kurssturz genau begründet. Der Progress oder der non-progress? |
