das sind doch zwei Buden oder was verstehe ich da nicht. Der Bericht geht doch um diese Firma und was hat TV L.damit zu tun...??

bald zu ruhig die Aktie startet bald ! Anfang Januar sollte es Richtung 2 € laufen !

keinen grund finden wieso die aktie auf 2 euro soll!!!???  

hab noch ein paar Pfund davon im Depot liegen. Wär dadurch interessant zum nachkaufen.

Nein man hat nur das Segment gewechselt um Geld zu sparen ! Sind im Freiverkehr ist kostengünstiger - so kann man das Unternehmen auch sanieren in dem man Kosten spart !  

also jetzt sind sie auf Xetra, frankfurt, berlin, düsseldorf usw. , also normale börsenplätze handelbar. was ist dann anders?  

wird im Freiverkehr grundsätzlich nur dann weiter gehandelt, wenn ein entsprechender Antrag durch den IV gestellt wurde.

Es gibt zahlreiche Beispiele, wo dies nicht der Fall war... AHAG, Elsa etc.  

ist beispielsweise, dass ein Delisting an keine Frist gebunden ist.  

Hat nix mit den Börsenplätzen zu tun sondern mit Auflagen und Regeln die erfüllt werden müssen !

Im Open Market (Freiverkehr an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse)  kann man Geld sparen weil man weniger Veröffentlichen muß bis das Unternehmen saniert ist !

Mit den jeweiligen Handelsplätzen hat das nichts zu tun !

   * Entry Standard, Teilbereich des Open Market mit etwas höheren Transparenzanforderungen
   * General Standard
   * Prime Standard  

Endlich mal die 6 cent Marke geknackt.. Jetzt geht es nach oben!

 

Scheint sich was großes anzubahnen TV-Loonland hat 2007 61,3 % an Metrodome übernommen !

TV-Loonland könnte explodieren wenn sich da was anbahnt.

TV-Loonland AG ('TV-Loonland') is a 61.3 per cent. shareholder in Metrodome. At its EGM on 29 May 2007, TV-Loonland announced that it was holding ongoing discussions with its bankers and auditors in respect of certain breaches of covenant in its banking arrangements. TV-Loonland announced that it was therefore urgently pursuing various restructuring options with potentially interested parties, which would include looking at the sale of its shareholding in Metrodome.

It should be noted that the Company has held no talks and, therefore, there is no certainty that any offer will ultimately be made for the Company.

In accordance with Rule 2.2 (f) of the Takeover Code, this puts the Company into an offer period. A further announcement will be made in due course.

In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Takeover Code, as at the close of business on 31 July 2007, the Company had 120,717,915 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) for these shares is GB0002937141.
