schliesslich ist die Technik bereits 1995 fertig entwickelt gewesen und dann wie Sauerbier überall angeboten worden,Daimler brach das Joint venture glaube ich ab,wenn sie in Berlin gehandelt werden,dann nur als Nasdaqwert,denn in Europa sind sie nicht mehr an der Börse.  

 

TSI has also agreed to manufacture and deliver to IHI four engineering sample units that will be designed to meet the specific requirements of IHI. The purpose of these engineering sample units will be for testing and evaluation purposes by IHI. The Company wishes to provide investors with assurance that no new class action litigation has been commenced against the Company. Furthermore, the Company has not received any threats of any new class action lawsuits.
fragt sich nur ,was die Klausel mit der Liquidation hier bedeuten soll:In the event of the liquidation of the Corporation, holders of Preferred Stock shall be entitled to receive, before any payment or distribution on the Common Stock or any other class of stock junior to the Preferred Stock upon liquidation, a distribution per share in the amount of the liquidation preference, if any, fixed or determined in accordance with the terms of such Preferred Stock plus, if so provided in such terms, an amount per share equal to accumulated and unpaid dividends in respect of such Preferred Stock (whether or not earned or declared) to the date of such distribution....
