ich ärgere mich noch schwarz, dass ich die aktie nicht in meinem echten depot habe...trotzdem allen investierten weitehin gute kurse!

Forsys Metals Announces $38 Million Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 3, 2007) -

"NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES."

Forsys Metals Corp. ("Forsys" or the "Company")(TSX:FSY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Engagement Letter with Salman Partners Inc. ("Salman") by which Salman will act as Lead Agent in a financing syndicate including Paradigm Capital Inc., Canaccord Adams, Blackmont Capital Inc., and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. for the placement of 8 million common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $4.75 per share with a overallotment option of an additional 2 million shares for gross proceeds up to $47.5 million.

In connection with the financing the Company will pay a fee of 4% of the gross proceeds of the financing. In addition the Company will issue to independent third party consultants a total of 500,000 warrants at $4.75 per share exercisable within 2 years form the date of issue. The financing, the payment of the fee, and the issuance of the warrants are all subject to regulatory approval.

Proceeds will be used by the Company to advance development of the Valencia Uranium Project (the "Project") including advanced ordering of long lead time items and equipment required for the Project. In addition certain amounts of the proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes and the development of the Company\'s other uranium properties.

Arbeit und deswegen wenig Zeit aber jetzt bin ich ja zum richtigen Zeitpunkt wieder da. RT jetzt bei 3,61  

 

den Kurs noch vor unserem Börsenschluß zu drücken, aber die Kaufkraft drüben ist zu Stark heute dafür :-))  

gut glück gehabt das news bei forsys gekommen sind,sonst wäre forsys heute auch im minus,wie so ziemlich alle rohstoffaktien *g*..wünsch euch dennoch weiterhin nur das beste mit eurer uranrakete..;-)

Forsys Metals gibt Finanzierung über 38 Mio. $ bekannt.


Toronto, Ontario, Kanada. 3. Januar 2007. Forsys Metals Corp. (Frankfurt WKN: A0ETPA, TSX.V: FSY) gibt bekannt, dass es einen Vertrag mit Salman Partners Inc. eingegangen ist, wonach Salman als Führer eines Emissionskonsortiums eingesetzt wird. Das Konsortium besteht sonst aus Paradigm Capital Inc., Canaccord Adams, Blackmont Capital Inc. und Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. und soll die Emission von 8 Mio. Stammaktien des Unternehmens zu je 4,75 $ und von 2 Mio. Aktien im Falle einer Überzeichnung für Einnahmen von bis zu 47,5 Mio. $ durchführen.

Im Zusammenhang mit der Finanzierung wird das Unternehmen eine Gebühr von 4 % der Einnahmen aus der Finanzierung zahlen. Weiterhin wird das Unternehmen an unabhängige Berater insgesamt 500.000 Optionen ausgeben, die innerhalb von 2 Jahren nach der Emission zum Kauf je einer Aktien für 4,75 $ berechtigen. Die Finanzierung, die Zahlung der Gebühr und die Ausgabe der Optionen bedürfen der Genehmigung von Aufsichtsbehörden.

Die Einnahmen werden vom Unternehmen für die Entwicklung des Valencia-Uran-Projekts einschließlich Vorauszahlungen für langfristig zu beschaffende Ausrüstung für das Projekt verwendet. Bestimmte Beträge der Einnahmen werden für allgemeine Betriebsausgaben und für die Entwicklung der anderen Uran-Liegenschaften des Unternehmens verwendet.
