Wenn die Aktie noch lange so verprügelt wird, geh ich da nächstes Jahr rein. Jeder Baisse folgt eine Hausse und dann kann es nicht schaden, beim größten Eigentümer und Betreiber von Self-Storage-Anlagen in Europa beteiligt zu sein...

@Xarope - bist Du noch dabei?  

 

Hab sie immer noch auf der Watchlist, bin aber noch nicht drin. Dividendenrendite von unter 3% ist mir zu wenig und KGV von fast 34 zu hoch, vor allem angesichts der aktuellen Situation am Immobilienmarkt. Trotzdem: Grundsätzlich bleibe ich an dem Titel interessiert.
