Die Gründe sind doch nachvollziehbar...  

Der Ablauf hat sich nun etwas verändert und die Aktie muss nicht bis 30.06.2023 weg:

"136. SIHNV may at its discretion convene an extraordinary General Meeting to vote on the Dissolution following implementation of the Transaction (the "Dissolution EGM"). If SIHNV exercises such discretion, it may convene the Dissolution EGM either:
(i) on the basis of an expedited notice period of not more than 15 days, provided SIHNV publishes a convocation notice no later than 11 July 2023; and
(ii) on the basis of a statutory notice period of at least 42 days, in the event SIHNV publishes a convocation notice after 11 July 2023.
137. If SIHNV elects to convene the Dissolution EGM on the basis of the expedited notice period of 15 days as referred to under (i) of paragraph 136 of this Explanatory Statement, it is not possible for SIHNV to (a) use a voting record date (registratiedatum) 28 days prior to the Dissolution EGM in accordance with Section 2:119(2) DCC and (b) provide information on the Dissolution EGM 42 days prior to the Dissolution EGM in accordance with Section 5:25ka FSA. Instead, Section 2:119(2) DCC and Section 5:25ka FSA would, in case this Restructuring Plan is confirmed by the Court, be disapplied pursuant to Section 370(5) DBA so that (i) the voting record date for the Dissolution EGM would be eight days after the date of the convocation notice and (ii) SIHNV would publish the information referred to in Section 5:25ka FSA on the date of the convocation notice of the Dissolution EGM.

138. The reason for an option to convene the Dissolution EGM on the basis of an expedited notice period is to enable the Dissolution EGM to take place ultimately on 26 July 2023, which enables SIHNV to complete the Dissolution and cease to exist before the end of the financial year ending on 30 September 2023 (taking into account a two-month opposition period (verzetstermijn) as part of the Dissolution process pursuant to Section 2:23b(5) DCC). This would significantly reduce reporting and administrative costs of the Transaction that would otherwise be incurred by the Group if SIHNV continued to exist into the new financial year commencing 1 October 2023. If it is not feasible to publish the convocation notice by 11 July 2023 and/or hold the Dissolution EGM for 26 July 2023, SIHNV may convene the Dissolution EGM in accordance with the statutory time periods."

was ich nun wie und wo benötige.
versteh ehrlich gesagt auch nicht warum die SDK nicht ganz klar schreibt wie die Reihenfolge ist sondern die Infos über zig Newsletter verteilt

1) Bankbetsätigung 11.05.2023 23:59 - habe ich
2) Abstimmungsformular habe ich - warum man bei "against" auch nochmal die Aktienzahl reinschreiben muss ist ja selten bekloppt

3) die möchten nun noch eine Kopie von meinem Ausweis ???????

die 3 Sachen sende ich dann an n whoaregistration@computershare.nl?
Bekomme ich da eine Bestätigung?

Ok und am Ende noch informativ die Aktienzahl an die SDK - welche Adresse

seit ein paar Jahren habe ich die Steinhoff-Aktie und mir ist sie schon fast aus den Augen.
Jetzt lese ich was von "Melden" usw.

Die Bankbestätigung sollte den 10.05.2023 23:59 Uhr beinhalten, und nicht den 11.05.!

Da es beim letzten Mal viele Probleme, Weigerungen und Verzögerungen gab, erledigt die Stimmrechtsübertragung so früh und schnell wie möglich.

Record Date: Mittwoch, der 10.05.2023 | 23:59 Uhr (auch die Uhrzeit ist diesmal wichtig)
Abstimmungszeitraum: 11.05.2023 bis 24.05.2023 (erfolgt bei Stimmübertragung an die SdK)  

Ja bitte einfach um den korrekten und vollständigen Eingang der Unterlagen.

habe alles nach Vorgabe bei computershare eingereicht.
Habe kurzfristig keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten und deshalb reklamiert.

Am Sonntag habe ich vom Wortlaut 2  gleichlautende Bestätigungsmails (Text siehe unten) mit unterschiedlichen Nummern erhalten.

"Dear Shareholder,  
  Thank you for your email with regard to the WHOA voting notice of Steinhoff International Holdings N.V.
  We herewith confirm that we have registered your voting form under number: SWH10XXXXXX
 
We trust to have informed you sufficiently.  
 
Best regards,"

Für mich bedeutet dies, dass lediglich der Eingang bestätigt wird aber weder die Richtigkeit der Unterlagen noch sonst irgendwas geprüft wurde.
Kann man darauf bestehen, dass einem im Vorfeld die Richtigkeit der Abstimmungsunterlagen bestätigt wird ?
Ist es ein Formfehler - der zur Nichtgültigkeit führen könnte -, wenn die Votingform mit Max Mustermann, anstatt MAX MUSTERMANN abgegeben wurde ?  

Ich würde es jetzt einfach so laufen lassen, aber habe wie gesagt Bauchweh - Was meint ihr ?





 

 

Habe soeben alle Unterlagen gemailt, mit der Bitte um Bestätigung der Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit + SDK die Anzahl der Aktien gemeldet....

hatte mich nur verschrieben, ging bei Onvista superflott und in Englisch.
 

Hey zusammen,

Consorsbank hat problemlos geliefert, am Freitag den Auszug angefordert. Ohne murren auf englisch (wenn auch nicht mehr nötig/deutsch akzeptiert wird).

Heute kam er per email vorab, postalisch ist noch unterwegs, kostet 9,95.

Nun noch das voting ausfüllen, absenden & aufs Ergebis warten.  

Ausweis- Kopie nicht vergessen  

Ich habe heute flatex nochmals angeschrieben wie wichtig die Depotbestätigung für mich ist. Nur 5 Minuten später hatte ich die Depotbestätigung in meiner Postbox.

Sehr gutes Service von flatex, ich habe mich auch ganz artig bedankt für die Erledigung dieser wichtigen Arbeit.

Gleich danach habe ich meinen Reisepass, das abgelehnte Abstimmungsformular und die Depotbestätigung per Mail (mit einer Vorlagetext, welcher hier im Forum zur Verfügung gestellt wurde; Danke vielmals auch für diesen guten Job).

Jetzt warte ich noch auf die Bestätigung von computershare NL und dann habe ich meinen ersten Teil mal erledigt.

Meine Aktien habe ich bei der SdK schon gemeldet, weil ich weiterhin dahinter sein werde meine Unterlagen zu sammeln und erfolgreich zu registrieren.

Hoffen wir mal, dass dies ein erfolgreicher Schritt von uns Aktionären sein wird.

Zusammen schaffen wir das Unmögliche nochmals!

Hat jemand eine Bestandsbestätigung von TR erhalten?
Ich bekomme immer nur die selbe Standardantwort, dass es nur zum Quartalsende ausgewiesen wird.
Falls es nicht klappt, dann gehen sicherlich sehr viele Millionen Stimmen verloren...
