On December 12, 2014, we issued a total of 950,000
shares of common stock (valued at $9,500) to three
consultants for
services rendered. Additionally, we issued a total
of 3,400,000 shares of common stock (valued at $34
,000) to our Chief Executive
Officer and two Board Members as payment against ac
crued wages.
On January 7, 2015, we issued a total of 4,000,000
shares of common stock (valued at $96,000) to an in
vestment consulting
firm for services which had been accrued as of Dece
mber 31, 2014.
On February 5, 2015, we issued a total of 5,950,000
shares of common stock (valued at $59,500) to four
consultants for
services rendered. Additionally, we issued 875,000
shares of common stock (valued at $8,750) to two i
ndividuals as payment for
financings costs in conjunction with Note and Share
Agreements they had entered into with the Company.
On February 9, 2015, we issued a total of 5,250,000
shares of common stock (valued at $52,500) to thre
e consultants for
services rendered. Additionally, we issued 250,000
shares of common stock to each of our five Board M
embers for a total of
1,250,000 shares of common stock (valued at $12,500
) for their participation at the 2015 Annual Board
meeting held in January 2015.
On March 5, 2015, we issued 5,000,000 shares of com
mon stock (valued at $80,000) to our patent attorne
y for payment of
accrued expenditures totaling $60,000 at December 3
1, 2014.
On March 14, 2015, we issued a total of 1,500,000 s
hares of common stock (valued at $15,000) to two in
dividuals as
payment for financings costs in conjunction with No
te and Share Agreements they had entered into with
the Company. Additionally,
we issued 22,523,226 shares of common stock (valued
at $225,232) to Atlantic for conversion of a $200,
000 convertible debenture
plus accrued interest of approximately $13,000.
Es wurden durch Ausgabe von Aktien die Schulden der GTX Corp.
in Eigenkapital (Aktien) umgewandelt, was auch das Rating
der Gesellschaft stärkt.

Die Marktkapitalisierung von 5,40 Millionen Euro ist sehr gering.
Für ein noch kleines Unternehmen an der OTC Pink
hält sich die Aktienausgabe - Verwässerung sehr in Grenzen.
