                         PCCW <1186.HK> to hold news conference on Tuesday

                         HONG KONG, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd
                         (PCCW) said on Tuesday it will hold a news conference at 3:45 p.m. local
                         time (0745 GMT). A company spokeswoman declined to comment on the
                         subject of the news conference but brokers suggested it could be related to
                         an announcement of its investment in Cheung Kong group's Internet portal
                         operator TOM.COM Ltd. Shares of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd
                         <0001.HK> and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd <0013.HK> reversed course and ended the morning higher.

                         Cheung Kong jumped HK$1.00 to HK$95.00 and Hutchison also added HK$1.00 to HK$105.00, while the Hang
                         Seng Index was down 58.24 points, or 0.38 percent, at 15,109.31 .

                         "There is talk that the company is holding a press conference and probably it is related to its investment in
                         TOM.COM shares," one broker said. PCCW chairman Richard Li said earlier this month that PCCW would take a
                         stake of less than 10 percent in TOM.COM.

                         PCCW shares added HK$0.10 or 0.6 percent to end the morning at HK$16.65.

                         TOM.COM, which is 20 percent held by Cheung Kong and 40 percent by its affiliate Hutchison, launched its
                         website www.tom.com last week. The remaning 40 percent of TOM.COM is held by a consortium of strategic
                         investors, Chief Executive of TOM.COM Carl Chang said last week. He said the company was considering inviting
                         in additional strategic investors, including PCCW, which is a subsidiary of Singapore-listed Pacific Century
                         Regional Developments Ltd .  

CyberWorks, CMGI to Form CMGI Asia, a 50-50 Internet Venture
                                                       

                  Hong Kong, Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Pacific Century CyberWorks
                  Ltd., Asia's largest Internet company outside Japan, is raising
                  HK$2.97 billion ($384 million) to fund an Internet venture with
                  CMGI Inc. of the U.S., according to BNP Paribas Peregrine
                  Securities.

                  CyberWorks will fund its side of the 50-50 venture by selling
                  new shares to its controlling shareholders, Pacific Century Group
                  and Pacific Century Regional Development, said BNP Prime
                  Peregrine, which is handling the sale. The two companies will
                  raise the money by first selling 188 million CyberWorks shares to
                  institutional investors at HK$15.80 each.

                  The venture, to be named CMGI Asia, will hold and manage
                  CMGI's 18 investment units in the region. CyberWorks bought a 3.5
                  percent stake in CMGI in September through a $350 million share
                  swap. CMGI now owns 5.5 percent of the Hong Kong company.

                  More details are expected to be announced at a 3:45 p.m. news
                  conference in Hong Kong. CyberWorks Chairman Richard Li is
                  expected to attend the news conference.

                  Singapore-listed Pacific Century Regional Developments Ltd.,
                  which holds 49 percent of CyberWorks, asked that its shares be
                  suspended from trading from 2 p.m. ``pending an important price-
                  sensitive announcement'' by CyberWorks.

                  CyberWorks shares rose 0.6 percent to HK$16.65 in morning
                  trade. Pacific Century Regional Development surged 7.2 percent to
                  S$20.9. The stock rose 22 percent since last Thursday.

                  CyberWorks said last week it plans to buy a minority stake in
                  Tom.com, the Web portal owned by Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. and
                  Hutchison Whampoa Ltd., and an announcement would be made in one
                  to two weeks' time.
                  NYSE/AMEX delayed 20 min. NASDAQ delayed 15 min.

Was ist das für ein Kurs, den Du da nennst und wo kann man ihn abrufen?

Wäre über Hilfestellung sehr Dankbar

warum wurde in Düsseldorf heute früh gehandelt (und dazu im Vergleich der letzten Tage auch noch verdammt viele) und an anderen Börsen wie Berlin, etc. wurde von Beginn an nichts gehandelt. Weiß da jemand etwas?

Einfach deswegen brokerbear, weil noch kein Kurs zu stande gekommen ist ! Zu viele unlimitierte Orders!! Aktuelle Spanne 240-260 Immer noch gleich!
 

 

Das bezieht sich ja auch nur auf die andern Börsenplätze und nciht auf DUS, worauf du hinauswolltest. Habe nämlich so eben selber meine Pacific´s verkauft, Blödmann! und was sind bitteschön 18.100 Stück keine 50000 €.
Ich weiß schon was ich schreibe, glaube mir einfach. Und das nächste mal bitte etwas freundlicher!!!!:-)  

 

Börsen nur noch "Handel ausgesetzt" entdecken, oder gibt es Möglichkeiten, die ich nicht kenne?

Bei den gehandelten Stückzahlen in DUS kann ich 18.100 Stck. um 9.18h entdecken, sowie 69.162 um 9.12h. Dies ergibt innerhalb 20 Min. eine Gesamtzahl von 87.262 in DUS, was ich gegenüber 203.831 von Gestern über den ganzen Tag recht viel empfinde (immer auf DUS bezogen). Deswegen finde ich das ganze recht merkwürdig. Vielleicht hat ja jemand eine erklärung dafür.

Aber wo Du jetzt nuch verkaufen konntest, würde mich schon interessieren.
