Der kanadische Junior Explorer Orestone Mining exploriert Gold- sowie Kupfer-Gold-Liegenschaften in Britisch Columbia, Kanada. Das Portfolio umfasst derzeit vier Projekte mit einer gesamten Fläche von 700 km². Die Hauptprojekte befinden sich zu 100% in Besitz des Unternehmens.

Der Fokus für das Jahr 2012 wird auf die weitere Erkundung des "Captain" Kupfer-Gold-Vorkommen gelegt. Das Vorkommen beherbergt einige signifikante Mineralienliegenschaften. Das Gebiet liegt zudem in der unmittelbaren Nähe des "Mt. Milligan" Projektes, welches nun von Thomson Creek in Produktion gebracht wird.

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange–Symbol: ORS) (das "Unternehmen") freut sich, die Ergebnisse des vor kurzem abgeschlossenen Diamantbohrprogramms auf dem unternehmenseigenen Projekt Captain, in dem 912 Bohrmeter absolviert wurden, bekannt zu geben. Loch C12-05 wurde senkrecht bis in eine Tiefe von 550,2 Meter gebohrt und ist die wichtigste der sieben auf dem Konzessionsgebiet durchgeführten Bohrungen. In diesem Loch wurde in 63 Metern Tiefe mineralisiertes Grundgestein durchteuft. Die gesamte Mineralisierung in diesem Loch steht mit alteriertem Biotit-Magnetitgestein in Verbindung, das sich innerhalb der von Kaliumflutungen überlagerten Monzonit-Porphyrgänge befindet. In Loch C12-05 wurden zwei bedeutende Bereiche mit einer ausgeprägten Goldmineralisierung durchteuft; der obere enthält 0,65 g Gold/t und 0,06 % Kupfer (kein Cutoff) auf 118,8 Meter, der untere 0,41 g Gold/t und 0,07 % Kupfer (kein Cutoff) auf 164,6 Meter. Die Mineralisierung in Loch C12-05 ist in der Tiefe offen.

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange-Symbol: ORS) ist erfreut zu berichten, dass das Unternehmen die 50 abgeschlossen wurde Linie km detaillierte magnetische Umfrage auf dem Captain-Projekt im Norden BC kündigte am 25. Januar 2013. In der Umfrage wurden zwei bedeutende Höhen magnetische untergliedert. Die magnetische hohe zählt die Veränderung zugeordnet und Monzonit Deichen im Bohrloch C12-05 und misst 100-300 Meter breit und hat eine 1500 Meter ostwestlicher Streichlänge verfolgt wurden. Die viel größere zweite Anomalie befindet sich 600 Meter nördlich von Bohrloch C12-05 und hat eine Breite von 500-1000 Meter und hat eine Ost-West-Streichlänge von 1500 Metern verfolgt worden und wurde nicht Bohrer getestet.

Gary Nordin, kommentiert Vizepräsident-Erforschung von Orestone "detaillierte magnetische Umfrage stark unterstützt hat Auslegung der starke Mineralisierung geschnitten in Loch C12-05, die uns eine klare Korrelation zwischen Gold/Kupfer-Mineralisierung und bestimmte magnetische Antworten zeigte. Eine weitere, detailliertere magnetische Umfrage wird kurz mit näher beieinander Linien auf 100 Meter Abstand vom Admiral-Ziel im Gange sein. Zusätzlich wird eine Umfrage auf der Westen Mag-Zielbereich auf 200 Meter Abstand Linien durchgeführt werden; kombinierte diese neuen Umfragen deckt 60 Linie Kilometer. Beide Bereiche haben kleine magnetische hohe Zonen mit zusammenfallenden moderate IP Aufladbarkeit Höhen Peripherie zu den zentralen Main magnetische hohe aufdringlich. Orestone Outlines Two Prominent Magnetic Highs at Captain

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange-Symbol: ORS) is pleased to report that the Company has completed the 50 line kilometer detailed magnetic survey at the Captain Project in north central BC announced on January 25, 2013. The survey was designed to detail the Admiral (East Mag) target area where recent drill hole C12-05 intersected 100-160 meter intervals of gold copper mineralization with an average grade of 0.3-0.4 g/t gold and 0.05-0.07 %. The intercepts of gold and copper are associated with magnetic monzonite dyke swarms and strong biotite-magnetite-potassic alteration with disseminated gold bearing chalcopyrite - pyrite mineralization.

Two significant magnetic highs have been detailed in the survey. One of the magnetic high is associated with the alteration and monzonite dykes in drill hole C12-05 and measures 100-300 meters in width and has been traced along a 1500 meter east-west strike. The much larger second anomaly is located 600 meters north of drill hole C12-05 and has a width of 500-1000 meters and has been traced along an east-west strike of 1500 meters and has not been drill tested.

Gary Nordin, Vice President-Exploration of Orestone commented "This detailed magnetic survey has greatly aided interpretation of the strong mineralization intersected in hole C12-05, which showed us a clear correlation between gold/copper mineralization and specific magnetic responses. This relationship has been recognized at the nearby Mt. Milligan Deposit (Thompson Creek Metals), as well as, the Woodjam Deposit (Goldfields Ltd.). This survey data will enable us to explore much more efficiently and expedite our follow up drilling. The large magnetic target located north of C12-5 will be the focus of our next drilling campaign."

A further, more detailed magnetic survey will be underway shortly with closer spaced lines at 100 meter spacing on the Admiral Target. Additionally a survey will be conducted on the West Mag Target area at 200 meter spaced lines; combined these new surveys will cover 60 line kilometers. Both areas have small magnetic high zones with coincident moderate IP chargeability highs peripheral to the central Main Magnetic High Intrusive. The Captain Project hosts a large gold-copper porphyry system measuring seven by fourteen kilometers located 41 kilometers north of Fort St. James, British Columbia and approximately 30 kilometers south of the Mt. Milligan gold-copper deposit. The Mt. Milligan deposit has proven and probable reserves of 532 Mt grading 0.20% copper and 0.38 g/t gold (Thompson Creek Metals website) and is currently under construction by Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. as a large open pit mine and processing facility. Orestone Closes Private Placement

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange--Symbol: ORS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the non brokered private placement announced on June 6th, 2013 has closed. The Company has issued 1,779,410 units ("Units") at a price of $0.085 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $151,250 (the "Private Placement"). Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant ("Warrant") will be exercisable for one common share of the Company at a price of $0.14 until June 20, 2014.

The Company has paid to certain arm's length finders a fee of 7 per cent of the aggregate gross proceeds of the Private Placement consisting of $1,488 in cash.

All securities issued under the Private Placement, including the common shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants, will be subject to a four-month hold period which will expire on October 20, 2013.

The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be added to general working capital. With working capital of approximately $800,000 the Company is now well funded to undertake the next phase of drilling on the Company's Captain Gold/Copper Porphyry Property near Ft. St. James, British Columbia, drilling is anticipated to begin in the coming weeks.

Orestone Begins Drilling at Captain Gold Copper Project

Orestone Mining Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange-Symbol: ORS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced on the Company's Captain gold/copper porphyry project.

The program is budgeted at $250,000 and will consist of 800 meters of HQ/NQ diameter diamond drilling in three holes. The program will test targets developed through a series of recent detailed magnetic surveys after drilling has shown a direct correlation between magnetic dike swarms and disseminated porphyry gold mineralization.

Diamond drill hole C12-05, intersected long intervals of 0.30-0.65 g/t gold and 0.06-0.07% copper over 119 meters and 165 meters, including 9 meters of 6.5 g/t gold and 0.27% copper as well as 6 meters of 4.4 g/t gold and 0.51% copper (News Release Jan 14, 2013). When plotted on the detailed magnetic map, C12-05 and drill hole C11-01 lie on the southern fringe of a large circular magnetic high known as the Admiral target. The Admiral target measures 1000m x 1500m and is similar in size and intensity to the magnetic high associated with the "MBX" and "66" ore bodies at the Mount Milligan Deposit located 30 kilometers to the north. This is the highest priority drill target on the Captain project.
