Silverado Fuels, Mississippi ink CTL MOU
Silverado Green Fuel Inc. and the state of Mississippi recently signed a memorandum of understanding to build a $26 million demonstration plant capable of converting low-rank coal into liquid fuel. Under the terms of the agreement, Mississippi will pay half of the cost to build the plant, while Silverado will provide the remaining half. The 14 acre project will be located in Choctaw County, Miss., and is designed to utilize the state’s vast supply of low-rank coal reserves. |
