TietoEnator verbucht Ergebnisrückgang im zweiten Quartal

Espoo (aktiencheck.de AG) - Der finnische IT-Dienstleister TietoEnator Oyj (ISIN FI0009000277/ WKN 870798) musste im zweiten Quartal aufgrund negativer, saisonal bedingter Einmaleffekte einen Ergebnisrückgang hinnehmen.

Wie der Konzern am Freitag bekannt gab, lag der Gesamtumsatz im Berichtszeitraum bei 443,1 Mio. Euro, was im Vergleich zum Vorjahreswert von 427,7 Mio. Euro einem Plus von 4 Prozent entspricht. Der Gewinn vor Zinsen und Steuern (EBIT) verringerte sich im Vorjahresvergleich von 56,3 Mio. Euro auf 28,3 Mio. Euro, während der Vorsteuergewinn von 57,7 Mio. Euro auf 24,4 Mio. Euro zurückging. Beim Nettogewinn nach Anteilen Dritter musste TietoEnator einen Rückgang von 44,6 Mio. Euro auf 17,0 Mio. Euro hinnehmen. Wesentlichen Anteil an der schwachen Ergebnisentwicklung hatten die Osterfeiertage, welche in diesem Jahr die Zahl der Arbeitstage im zweiten Quartal reduzierten sowie höhere Restrukturierungsaufwendungen.

Für das laufende Fiskaljahr wurden die Prognosen bestätigt. Demnach erwartet TietoEnator nach wie vor ein Umsatzwachstum von 5 bis 9 Prozent sowie eine operative Bruttomarge von 8 bis 10 Prozent.

Die Aktie von TietoEnator notiert aktuell an der Heimatbörse mit einem Minus von 10,98 Prozent bei 18,65 Euro. (21.07.2006/ac/n/a)

TietoEnator acquires SAP business for the utilities sector in Germany

TietoEnator Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 21 August 2006, 3.15 pm EET


TietoEnator strengthens its capabilities to serve utilities in Europe by acquiring the business of TOPAS Consulting GmbH in Germany. The acquisition agreement includes 74 employees located in Dortmund and Mannheim, Germany. The acquisition supports TietoEnator's capabilities in the energy sector by expanding it's SAP knowledge and at the same time extending customer base with important European utilities. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place at the beginning of October

The net sales of the business in 2005 were EUR 8.5 million. The Company's performance is based on long and deep SAP knowledge and strong focus to the utility sector, which will both be continued as part of TietoEnator. The price of the acquisition is 7.3 Million Euros.

"By this acquisition TietoEnator will get a successful SAP business, which brings mature SAP experts and wide customer base. Both perfectly fit into TietoEnator Energy business unit. We will be able to further expand our offering to the biggest European utilities", says Per Bakseter, the head of TietoEnator's energy business.

TietoEnator eröffnet Service-Zentrum in St. Petersburg

Die finnische TietoEnator Oyj (ISIN FI0009000277/ WKN 870798), der größte IT-Dienstleister Skandinaviens, meldete am Donnerstag, dass sie in St. Petersburg ein Service-Zentrum eröffnet hat, um Kunden in Russland zu bedienen.
Den Angaben zufolge bietet die Niederlassung Infrastruktur- und Hosting-Services, Projekt- und Applikationsmanagement-Services und fachliche Kompetenz im Bereich Digital Customer Service Development. Die Eröffnung der neuen Filiale ist Teil der Expansionspläne von TietoEnator in Russland.

TietoEnator ist nach eigenen Angaben seit dem Jahr 1998 auf dem russischen Markt präsent und hat bereits im Jahr 2002 eine Filiale eröffnet, die große russische Banken zu ihren Kunden zählt.
