Yes Canon Tokki is absolutely included. Does it mean therefore Aixtron is out? I do not believe that flawed logic.
It is possible that Samsung will use VTE for some layers and OVPD for other layers. For example, the EIL of the incumbent material requires very high evaporation temperature which is too high for OVPD. Aixtron has studied and published an alternative EIL material that can be OVPDed with equivalent performance. IF Samsung does not confirm that and does not want to substitute the incumbent with a new EIL material, then Samsung will use Canon Tokki to deposit the EIL. There are eight materials in the QD-OLED stack. If Samsung deposit all of them using VTE, it would need 8 chambers. Aixtron has claimed that all OLED materials can be deposited in ONE chamber excluding the cathode.
So it is possible Samsung would use both VTE and OVPD to complete the line. How many materials for which system is up to Samsung. Samsung has to complete the entire OLED stack of different combinations of materials and processes in different systems to properly evaluate them, including the lifetime which takes time. I promise you that it is a complex and time consuming process. Aixtron's OVPD might win all, some, or none of the chambers.
