Velocys Aktie mit viel Potential !

Ergebnisse sind ja schon raus. Hatte etwas mit Mitte Dezember im Kopf aber da gehen nur die shares raus. War wohl oversubscribed

Kein Wunder, dass die jüngste KE kein Erfolg war. Warum sollte ich frische Papiere für 8 Pence zeichnen, wenn ich sie am Markt für 7 Pence bekomme?

Der große Hoffnungsträger waren immer die beiden Projekte in Bayou Fuels und Altalto. Damit ist es vorerst vorbei. Ich wüßte nicht, was in den nächsten zwei bis drei Jahren den Kurs treiben sollte.

In den neuen Results ist die Rede von £26 Mio. das war doch auch angedacht...

Man hat eine Option zum Kauf der Gesellschaft, die Eigentum am Grundstück des Projektstandorts hält, ausgeübt. Die will man dann an einen Dritten weiterverkaufen und damit den aufgeschoben Betrag von £8.5mio bis September 2022 zahlen.  

Finde ich gut, dass Velo jetzt auf den Handel von Immobilien umsattelt. Dann bleibt die Firma zwar ein Pennystock, kann aber nicht Pleite gehen. Grundstücke sind immer eine sichere Sache.

Womit sonst? Mit SAF handelt Velo auch nicht. Nicht jetzt, nicht nächstes Jahr und auch nicht übernächstes. Wer weiß, ob die Firma überhaupt noch mal was produziert.

Am 13.12. rufst Du ein Kursziel von 1 Euro aus und eine Woche später steigst Du für 0,08x Euro aus...

Am 20.12. ist keine einzige Aktie bei Tradegate zu  0,088 € gehandelt worden.

... ist natürlich interpretatorisch freigestellt.
So wie ich es verstanden habe, sollte hier ausgedrückt werden, dass der Erlös aus dem Verkauf der Velocys-Anteile wohl ganz oder teilweise in die 88 Energy-Aktie (88E) investiert wurde.  

habe am 20.12 .2021 um 18.59 Uhr auf Tradegate viele Stück verkauft.

Und was bitte hat mein Verkauf ,mit meiner  Mutmaßung in..... 2 Jahren steht der Kurs auf  1 Euro.

Kann hier in 2 Jahren 100x rein und 100x raus.

Exercise of option over Altalto project site

Sustainable fuels firm Velocys announced it has exercised an option agreement to acquire Rula Developments (Immingham) Limited with an initial part-payment of £2.5 million (€3 million).
Rula owns the site of the proposed Altalto project, near Immingham in North East Lincolnshire, UK, which is being jointly developed by British Airways and Velocys.
Pursuant to the agreement, the total consideration to acquire the site is being satisfied by a £2.5 million (€3 million). part-payment, funded through an inter-company loan from Velocys to Altalto.
A further deferred consideration amount of up to £8.5 million (€10 million). is payable by 30 September 2022.
As previously announced, Velocys is discussing the onward purchase of Rula (and subsequent grant back to Altalto of a future option to purchase Rula within three years) with a third party.
Detailed engineering for the Altalto project is expected to commence in 2023. Financial close is expected in 2024, with construction of the plant being targeted to commence in 2024 and to be completed by mid-2026, following which commissioning and start-up will commence, with full scale commercial operation expected in 2027.  

Sehr ruhig geworden hier. Es wird auf Baubeginn gewartet.

Velocys highlights importance of SAF at UK parliamentary events

Velocys CEO, Henrik Wareborn, was present at two parliamentary events this week in support of British Airways on 2nd of March and the Renewables Transport Fuels Association (RTFA) on the 3rd of March. Robert Courts, the Aviation Minister, was present at both events showing his support, and Trudy Harrison, Green Transport Minister, was present at the RTFA event.

British Airways’ reception presented its BA Better World sustainability programme and the RTFA event showcased companies at the forefront of developing SAF. Both events gave Velocys an opportunity to discuss the importance of SAF and how Velocys’ technology solution can enable the production of sustainable synthetic fuels and help to support the decarbonisation of the aviation sector.

At this event, Robert Courts, Minister for Aviation, said: “We all know that there are various technological possibilities for achieving net zero, or Jet Zero flight as we have termed it in the Jet Zero Council work we have spoken about, but it is sustainable aviation fuel that is going to be in the shorter and medium term the real way forward.”

Trudy Harrison, Minister for Green Transport, was equally supportive and said: “Sustainable aviation fuels will be vital as we look to reduce emissions from flights and transition to a net zero world. We’ve recently committed £180 million to further support the development of UK SAF plants and I look forward to working with the innovative minds within the industry to build a world-leading advanced fuels sector.”  

Der Auftrag durch die Britische Regierung wird erweitert und terminlich vorgezogen. ein zusätzlicher Investor steht in den Startlöchern.
Bin gespannt bis wohin der Kurs diesmal getrieben wird. Bei weiteren 300Mio gibt das wieder Kurse um die0,15-0,2.
Das wäre dann der 5 Ausbruch in zwei Jahren und vielleicht dann ja auch mal nachhaltig..

Spannend, wie das Funding für Altalto funktionieren wird (und hoffentlich verträglich für Altaktionäre bleibt)...
