DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2000--MAX Internet Communications Inc. (Nasdaq:MXIP - news), a provider of
solutions for accelerated video communications over the Internet, today issued an open message from MAX Internet
Communications to its shareholders and interested parties:

``We are responding to shareholders and friends regarding a recent article which brought into question the quality of receivables from our Brazilian distributor. The
Company would like to take this opportunity to provide to you an appropriate perspective and clearly state the status of the Brazilian receivable.

I have just returned from a week long trip in Brazil where I was working with our distributor and their customers. They have been met with some delays as may be
expected in the normal course of business, which has resulted in the payment of the receivable being slow. However, we are confident in their ability to manage these
temporary delays, and we expect the receivable will be collected. The distributor and their customers are sound and we look forward to a long, profitable future with
them.

MAX Internet Communications provides award winning products based on our patented technology. We have received wide-spread interest from national and
multi-national customers. As with any company in the early stages of growth, we have been met with some challenges and delays, and anticipate that we will
