Es kann doch nicht sein, dass jemand Papier-Firmen am Laufmeter (Gesundheitsprodukte für ältere Leute, grüne Energie, Minen, usw.) aufmacht, die Firmennamen nach einiger Zeit abändert um Listing-Gebühren für neue Firmeneröffnung an der kanadischen Börse zu sparen und dann irgendwann (wie immer) pleite geht.
Bei Golden Sun ist er natürlich nicht in der Lage ein neutrales Untersuchungsergebnis vorzulegen:

Golden Sun Mining Corp.
Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 Golden Sun Mining Corp. (Golden Sun) is a mineral exploration company with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia. Golden Sun is a reporting issuer in British Columbia, and its securities are listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange.
¶ 2 In its Corporate Fact Sheet, dated on or about January 2012, and in its Corporate Presentation, dated March 2013, Golden Sun discloses a mineral resource estimate and the results of a preliminary economic analysis (PEA) for its Cherry Hill Mine property in California.
¶ 3 The Cherry Hill Mine property is a property material to Golden Sun and the mineral resource estimate and results of the PEA are a material change in the affairs of Golden Sun.
¶ 4 Pursuant to subsections 4.2(1)(j)(i) and 5.3(1)(c)(i) of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101), Golden Sun was required to file an independent technical report supporting its disclosure of the mineral resource estimate and results of the PEA for its Cherry Hill Mine property.
¶ 5 Golden Sun has not filed the required technical report.
¶ 6 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the securities of Golden Sun cease until: 1. it files the required technical report for the Cherry Hill Mine property, completed in accordance with the Act and regulations, and
2. the Executive Director revokes this order.
¶ 7 Despite this order, a beneficial shareholder of Golden Sun who is not, and was not at the date of this order, an insider or control person of Golden Sun may sell securities of Golden Sun acquired before the date of this order, if: 1. the sale is made through a market outside Canada, and
2. the sale is made through an investment dealer registered in British Columbia.
