Can someone double check this... I think I have this correct.
Common Stock: About 9.5M
Pref A:640,000 x 10 so 6.4M
Pref C:2,100,000 x (10 day ave @ $1 worth of common) Thus:
Example 1) Current 10 day average common = $1 ratio is 1:1 so 2,100,000 Pref C shares converts into 2,100,000 common.
Example 2) Current 10 day average common = $.05 ratio is 1:.05 so 2,100,000/.05 or Pref C shares converts into 42,000,000 common.
Does this look about right... It is the best I can figure based on their prior SEC releases...
Thus, At current stock price common shares Could number 57,900,000.
