Bonanza Gold, Inc. Changes Name to Left Behind Games Inc.MURRIETA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2006--Bonanza Gold, Inc. (OTCBB:BZAG) has changed its name to Left Behind Games Inc. and will begin trading under the ticker symbol LFBG.OB on Friday, May 5. The new symbol is better reflective of their business.
In addition to the name and ticker symbol changes, Troy Lyndon, Jeffrey Frichner, Ray Dixon and Thomas Axelson were elected as the board of directors. Also, Corbin & Company, LLP was authorized by the board of directors to provide audits on an ongoing basis.
Left Behind Games Inc. executed a Share Exchange Agreement with Bonanza Gold, Inc. in January and completed the reverse merger with Bonanza in February. As a public company, Left Behind Games Inc. is committed to developing high-quality inspirational game titles for the computer and video game market.
"Left Behind: Eternal Forces," Left Behind Games Inc.'s first title, is scheduled for release in the second half of 2006. The real time strategy game will put players in command of the apocalyptic battles raging in the streets of New York City between the Tribulation Forces and the AntiChrist's Global Community Peacekeepers during the End of Days. Gamers will participate in events from the popular "LEFT BEHIND" book series in single player mode and battle to capture territory from other players in the multi-player online game mode.
