Kodak Not Going Down Without a Lawsuit

Kodak is really on the offensive today.
Kodak says it’s suing Apple and HTC, accusing the mobile device makers of infringing digital imaging patents.
The move comes as the ink was barely dry on the company’s announcement it is realigning its business into two segments — one focused on commercial and the other on consumer products and patents.
Kodak says certain Apple iPhones, iPad and iPods, as well as some HTC smartphones and tablets, infringe on its patents on a technology for transmitting images.
