Am morgigen Mittwoch läuft eine Frist aus, bei der entschieden werden soll, ob es bei einer der Klagen zu einem beschleunigten Verfahren kommt.

ob der Klage stattgegeben wird. Aber das stand doch auch überall geschrieben. Wenn ja, werden wir auf das Urteil noch ein wenig warten müssen. So oder so, wir werden die Gewinner sein.
Wenn die Klage nicht angenommen wird, werden wir mit Sicherheit ein Angebot von JPM für unsere Scheine erhalten.
Bei einer Klage, sieht die Welt sehr rosig aus. Dann brauchen wir nur Geduld.

Habe mit so einer Situation noch nichts zu tun gehabt.
Da das öffentliche Interesse aber enorm groß ist, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass man länger als 2-3 Monate auf das Urteil warten muß.

wenn man jetzt rausgeht, hat das ja gar nichts mit zocken zu tun. :) zum einen wird morgen kein urteil gefällt zum anderen ist es ja eine verhandlung von vielen.  

ich denke, daß ein Urteil, falls es zu einen Prozess kommt, sehr schnell kommen muß und wird. Ohne verhindert es bei JPM die Eingliederung und bei WaMu den Fortbestand. Ferner werden die Penionskassen druck machen.

Sollte es zu einer Zulassung der Klagen kommen, denke ich, kommt es zu einer aussergerichtlichen Lösung. Sonst wird das für alle zu teuer

wird scher viel zeit vergehen und der Kurs wird wider bei 0,007€ wenn nicht noch niedriger.
Ihr glaubt doch nicht wirklich das ihr den Kurs halten könnt?   und wenn dann nur vorübergehend.
