120000 Oz. Gold Produzent Saracen Minerals

Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited will become an Australian mid-tier gold producer when production begins at the Carosue Dam gold project in 2010. Gold will be produced at an initial rate of 120,000oz pa from within the South Laverton region of Western Australia. Saracen has a large and growing resource base. The company's assets form a resource of over 2 million oz across 2,500km2 of world class gold exploration acreage.

Im Vergleich zu der stabil laufenden KL , gab es bei Saracen doch ein heftigen Rücksetzer.
Wobei die letzten Zahlen gut waren,  notwendige Korrektur..? oder steckt was anders dahinter..Goldpreis akuell stabil über 1300 in Australien nahe der Höchststände...daran kann es nicht liegen aus meiner Sicht.

Im Text heißt es:
As per the terms of the scheme, Saracen Mineral’s shareholder will be issued 0.3763 Northern Star shares for each share they hold in Saracen Mineral.
Bedeutet das, dass man dann seine Anteile tauschen muss oder behält man die Anteile und bekommt zusätzlich neue Anteile von Nothern Star?

Ich habe sowohl Northern Star als auch Saracen im Portfolio. Beides eigentlich vielversprechende Aktien, die aber beide underperformen.
Vielleicht wird mit dem Merger ja endlich die Wende eingeleitet.
