After a few days in the sun I am back

Interesting read Smisen, and a good way for me to practice my rusty german!
one extra note is that the team behind the shipdesign/Multi Maritime , of these Hydrogen Cruisevessels, is the same team that designed the fjordvessels that exist today.  (battery) - They know their stuff!

here is nice video about those vessels:

136 Postings, 704 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - Norwegian Hydrogen - Awarded grant

Good news!

Norwegian Hydrogen(HYON's biggest shareowner + board member) have been granted about 2 mill Euro for funding of Hydrogen fuelingstation in Sweden.
This if for trucking, but one could hope that there are grants to be received for Maritime Hydrogen as well.

interesting read!

Norwegian Hydrogen for trucking (!) fueling station is
seen as good news for Hyon.

Ok, interesting perception, but Hyon needs own coffee!

Cheers ;-)

Hey,

Yes its trucking, but  I see it as good news yes.
good economy for Norwegian Hydrogen is good for HYON
If they get one grant, then they have shown a bit how to maneuver around. Next time they maybe get a maritime grant ?

But I agree, HYON preferable gets own coffee.  But even cold coffee contains same amount of coffin as warm coffee you know ;-)

all good

136 Postings, 704 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - Compressed Hydrogen in Germany

Hi!

shout out to my German friends!

I am trying to read up and educate myself on compressed hydrogen in Germany in general

Do any of you guys know any stock listed companies that deal with this. That being trucks, maritime, Aero etc etc.
All info is appreciated

anyone ?

The way I see it is That all things happening regarding transportation, regardless if it is for Trucks or ships is a step in the right direction.
It will drive a need for high demand fueling systems booth for Trucks and vessels.

Agree with you Smisen,

As one say, "all PR is good PR"

Of course i prefer HYON info only, or maybe Compressed Hydrogen. But in lack of such info + the primary situation of the market, I find all info/funding/JV's etc in the space valuable.

Keep posting links if you find some! worst case is that you get a comment regarding coffee and brewing - coffee is good, so what to lose ? :-)

Nice to see That the biggest owner in Hyon, has focus on the whole supply chain.
From vessels to transport.

136 Postings, 704 Tage freddiemercuryHYON & Norwegian Hydrogen

That is my point as well!

If it was another industry I would say company news ONLY, that is all that matters to me,
But in this space, ALL PR is good PR!

And as you say, they are the biggest owner in Hydrogen, as well as depending on HYON's fueling stations

So what HYON dont market, Norwegian Hydrogen market for them

136 Postings, 704 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - Mitsui - Hexagon Purus

Intro:
Less than 48hrs ago Mitsui went deeper into Hexagon Purus (Compressed Hydrogen in Norway)
Mitsui went in with another 50 Million EUR, with the comment that they were there to put in additional 150M EUR later on.

Hexagon Purus's biggest owners are Mitsui and the Flakk family (Hexagon) in Norway. The Flakk Family is also the major owners of Norwegian Hydrogen. Norwegian Hydrogen is again the major owner of HYON.

Link:
https://hexagonpurus.com/news/...acement-and-equity-private-placement

Sofar:
Hexagon (Flakk) - Mitsui biggest owner and invested in Hexagon
Hexagon Purus (Flakk) - Mitsui invested 2 times and there to invest 150M Euro more in Heagon Purus
Norwegian Hydrogen (FLAKK) - Mitsui went in the end of last year - was it 6 M Euro ? in Norwegian Hydrogen
HYON (Flakk c/o Norwegian Hydrogen) -  Mitsui and HYON entered a Collaboration on a feasability study to start end 2022 and to continue into 1st half 2023. Mitsui. It was also stated that the agreement also opens for a financial and strategic commitment from Mitsui into HYON.

Throughts:
Sofar Mitsui have invested in all the Compressed Hydrogen companies Flakk is involved in, except HYON. I will not say what i think might happen when the feasability study is over. But one thing i think both fans AND haters of HYON can agree on i think: "Mitsui does not seem to hate Flakk and compressed Hydrogen, Flakk seems like a popular guy in Japan"

anyone ?

bought into Hexagon Purus is a strong signal for the overall sector of compressed hydrogen. It think we all can agree on that topic. Hopefully they decide to invest into Hyon, too.
Looking Back they already invested in Norwegian Hydrogen and Hexagon Purus, which are both connected to Hyon when it comes to projects.
Fingers crossed we will get a positive decision and commitment of Mitsui and a funded project in the 1st half of the year.

136 Postings, 704 Tage freddiemercuryHYON - Mitsui - etc

As I can see it, the next 3-4 months or so will be  crucial for HYON.
Simply cause alot of investmentmandates have a deadline in June. And these mandates will need to be in place i order to get a project, secondly HYON then need to get the project. I think getting a project + getting Mitsui onboard etc, is all linked together. The key is getting a project.

my gutfeeling  say that HYON will get a project!

from the stockholderlists it seems as if Clearstream stockholders agree. They are now ATH in HYON, holding 8,2 % of HYON

lets see how the next weeks will go

I cannot recall if this has been posted before, but have in mind this:

Torghatten is currently handing out the contracts to their subcontractors.
Last few weeks Powercell got their part and SEAM got their part

They have also commented that they will do their utmost to keep the contratcs locally in Norway.
This is a project where HYON could be awarded their share as subrontractor/to deliver their fueling system.

Frankly speaking I cannot see who else can that project, I mean who are HYONæs competitors in this project?

I think in near future we will know. week or months, that i dont know

if they want to use a fueling system with compressed hydrogen their will be nobody else out there in norway I guess.
Would be perfect to implement and gaining data for Hyon. And of course to earn money.
