Herzlich Willkommen zurück. Deine Beiträge haben hier wirklich sehr gefehlt.
Ich kann nur hoffen, dass meine Vergangenheit sauber ist.  

Wann denkt ihr denn werden die 1 Cent fallen?
Jetzt wurden bereits zweimal 1,1 Cent angesteuert, aber die Barriere hat bisher gehalten.
Meine persönliche Erwartung wäre der Donnerstag, spätestens Freitag.

0,1 Cent klingt zwar lächerlich wenig, aber bei dem derzeitigen Kurs sind das halt doch mehr als 10% minus. Ich denke, das wird vermutlich(!) 2 Etappen benötigen.
Für die Investierten wäre es natürlich schön wenn die 1 Cent halten. Aber realistisch ist es meiner Meinung nach halt nicht.

Please just have a look  at page 30 : The Sdk as a whistle blower! So in the case Steinhoff: YES, WE CAN!

And also have a look at the last sentence I copied  here:
'June 26: The Financial Times claims that EY did not check directly with OCBC Bank (Singapore) to confirm that the lender held €1 billion of cash on behalf of Wirecard. Instead, the auditor relied on documents and screenshots provided by a trustee (Storbeck et al. 2020)'.

So: THE LENDER HELD CASH ON BEHALF OF WIRECARD!

Could this be the case with Steinhoff too? Like: the creditor(s) held  XX AMOUNT cash on behalf of SNH.

Steinhoff and EY: a very special couple indeed.
Working together for years, Board did not mind to hire a company (EY) which was involved in ungoing forensic investigation. Strange isn't it?

But.... the mean question is : how fair is the 'Fairness Opinion'?

Was verstehst Du unter vernünftig investieren?

BASF Kaufdatum 06.11.2019 zu 71Euro / Heute 49,10 €
Prosiebensat1     04.12.2020 zu 12,95 € / Heute 9,36 €
Deutsche Bank    01.11.2007 zu 92,10 € / Heute 9,34 €
Eon AG               14.02.2011 zu 24,85 € / Heute 11,52 €

usw. Welche Beweise brauchst Du noch wie man vernünftig Investiert.

Und Daytrader bin ich nicht. Jeden Tag rein und raus wäre mir zu stressig.

Mal mit einem Spieldepot versucht. Der Gewinn hat sich auch nicht gezeigt.
Nur hier verliert man dann auch auf  längerer Sicht sein Geld schneller als bei Steinhoff.

Vielleicht hast Du andere Erfahrung gemacht und viel Geld gewonnen.
Dann herzlichen Glückwunsch. In der Regel aber schwer bis sehr schwer und mit viel Glück.
Das hat dann aber nichts mehr mit Investieren zu tun.

.....Es gibt keinen ersichtlichen Grund, warum die Aktie nicht auf Null gesunken ist oder warum die Käufer immer noch für den Kauf von Aktien bieten.....
