Das klingt alles sehr negativ. Abweichung von der Protokoll Vereinbarung mit der FDA. Statt 320 Patienten, lediglich 140. Dazu noch krasse Gegenwirkungen. Das wird nichts.
So der Termin für Mittwoch ist wegen dem Schneesturm verschoben worden. Ist echt ne heiße Kiste hier. Was soll man nun noch glauben? Forbes kommentiert es sogar so:
The staffers said that the main trial of the company's drug, pixantrone, may not provide enough evidence to draw firm conclusions about safety or efficacy, and that the drug had both blood-related and cardiac side effects. The FDA also said an agreement it made with Cell Therapeutics that the company's trial would be sufficient for approval was "invalidated" because the trial was stopped early.
Bin gespannt was der Tag so mit sich bringt. Bin gestern zu 0,76 Dollar mit einer nicht zu kleinen Position eingestiegen. So wie es aussieht ist es wohl zum falschen Zeitpunkt gewesen.
