We are very appreciative of you continued support and I know that it may seem as simple as just releasing news would help the share price – and I am sure that it would, but the reality is that we can only release data when it is handed back to us from the various service providers – like AMEC for the PEA and by the assay labs in terms of the drill hole assays that we are currently waiting for.
It is really that simple.
All of us including you are just as interested in releasing news but we cannot do this unless we have the data back.
In practical terms you should expect the first few drill holes from the winter drilling program to come out fairly shortly. However, we did generate a huge amount of drill data – which we believe was extremely successful – and this simply means that we have given the assay lab much more work to do.
We are not the company that has drilled 140 meters of mineralization (like Quest just announced), we are the company that just drilled 5,000 meters and which we believe was mostly all mineralized.
If this means that it takes the assay lab longer to assay 5,000 meter long samples, that is what it is – the potential of much greater success than what Quest just announced (and for which their stock went down yesterday on a percentage basis even more than CCE did).
Quest went down 8.9% yesterday and CCE went down 8.7% yesterday, and Quest is currently flat today and CCE is slightly up.
It is very important to also always take a look at the overall market especially on what was a general down day as it was yesterday and to understand that this down trend stems from the overall concern about the US economy – and to then understand that we are just one stock out of thousands that have been impacted negatively by the overall market psychology - which of course has actually turned around in general today.
Today all of the major indices are up and so is CCE.
