Roth Capital: Q - How much service revenue was related to GenKey contracts? A- Very little so far, but will see this increase substantially in Qtr's 2-3-4, with Walmart installations completed. The service business will follow the product business, and wil be Gross margin positive by Qtr 4.

Expect 2015 to be $130 Million in Revenues, vs $70 Million for 2014.
Q- Larger orders? A - Should have a significant announcement in the late 3rd Qtr, of another large deal like Walmart. These deal s take 5-6 months to negotiate & finalize, then announce.
Q - Recent Orders? A - have booked orders since last Business Update, by end of Qtr 2 should be at 2/3 way to total 2014 bookings.
Cowen & Co:
Q - " Had $50 Million backlog last year, now seems with current bookings, the $100 + Million figure for 2015 seems conservative?
A- 30-40 % of Revenue is going to be recurring revenues, from GenKey Systems. Looking to about $130 Million for 2015.
Q - 270 units out for Walmart, and over half the Qtr's units have been shipped so far. Factory has been running at a heavier rate and smoother than ever before.
Q -- What is hydrogen consumption Revenues? A - About $250K - 500K per year in recurring revenues per site.
Q - RelOn Acquisition? A - Primarily for cost savings. Also wireless backup business (Sprint AT&T, etc) which could tie-in with the hydrogen production for retail stores, may be symbiotic activity to leverage there. This is not a primary market being focused on, but could be an important secondary one.
Noted that fuel cells are proven, it's all about the refueling and providing the hydrogen now, to expand to many market like the cell-tower backups, etc. |
