Dear Sharheolders,
Over the last several weeks I have been sick with a nasty bug which turned into Bronchitis and escalated into pneumonia. This has created a significant back-log for me and has resulted in a significant decrease in communication which many of our shareholders have stressed concerns about. I would like to take this time to personally apologize to our shareholders for not getting back to you in a timely maner. As many shareholders are aware, aside from corporate/pubco day to day operations of Myriad, I also handle our project management, team co-ordination project creatives and corporate strategy. All of these elements combined have left me with a lot of work to catch up on, which I am working through and plan to provide more thorough updates to our investors shortly. I would also like to remind investors that it is the summer months & World Cup and traditionally the markets slow down and therefore third-party cooperation with pending deals also slows down, but here is the best update I can provide our shareholders:
Debt Strategy
We continue to elimate debt at every chance and improve efficienies to reach our ultimate goal of a debt free firm. This strategy has been on course thus far and we are proud of our achievements on that point.
Second Deal in Germany
We will be making an announcement on this deal which has become another Myriad success.
Marijuana Application Development
We have been going at this steady from the early days, and have made several adjustments throughout the way. The market has changed so rapidly that we have developed another strategy on this project.
Current Developments / Projects
We are currently working on several new projects for outside vendors and will be making an annoumcent regarding some new deals the company is working on.
Pending Deals
We are currently in discussions with a group about the future of MyMobiPoints and plan to make an announcement on this project as well.
Crypto / Bitcoin Projects
We have been working on some back-end edits on CryptoCafe.com which has resulted in some manual withdrawal request delays. We will fix this shortly, due to my absense and no direction our team did not make any final development changes and therefore this was slighly delayed. This will be rectified shortly.
Our ItsComingToBitcoin.com project is still in the pipeline, but pending a financing agreement before we can take on the project. As our investors are aware, we develop and do what we say and therefore without having confirmation on the ability to be financialy secure on big developments we will not confirm it until the time we feel we are in good shape.
Game Development
Internally we are working on designs and protypes on this project.
The Future of Myriad
As we move closer to being in a debt free status and increasing our assets
I have been looking at new opportunties and ways to deliver much better value to our shareholders. I beleive its important to have a solid foundation as a base and as we get closer to forming this base, I will be looking at bigger and better opportunities to deliver better value. Our quarters have been consistent and the company has been growing. With that being said, the numbers are not exciting for a public company, its a good base and it allows us to create ideas and see them through to a certain extent. Lack of financing creates issues, it results in me having to do everything which clearly burnt me out recently and in order for me to work at an optimal level and perform better, I do plan to make changes. Our shareholders are always kept in mind, and being a shareholder myself I will only make decisions that I feel offer a better opportunity for everyone. I have been having serious discussions with bigger groups about re-shifting some of our direction and maximiing our talents. I feel we are very close to doing something that offers significant opportunities for much bigger revenues and with that being said, I ask investors to be patient as I work through each of the outstanding items on my to-do-list and as I execute these pending items.
