Wertvolle Reste der Lehman-Pleite - Bundesbank versilbert "Excalibur":

"Ein wagemutiger Investor aus den USA kauft der Bundesbank milliardenschwere Altlasten aus den Trümmern der legendären US-Großbank LEHMAN Brothers ab. Bundesbank-Vorstand NAGEL sieht darin vor allem ein "mahnendes Beispiel für die Exzesse einzelner Marktteilnehmer" [, womit er wohl wahrscheinlich vor Allem die Excesse der Deutschen BUNDESBANK und ihre seltsame PFAND-Praxis meint].

Die Deutsche Bundesbank ist bei der Verwertung der Altlasten aus der Pleite der US-Bank Lehman Brothers einen weiteren Schritt vorangekommen. Das größte Paket aus hochkomplexen besicherten Anleihen (ABS) namens "Excalibur" hat die Bundesbank nun an den Investor LONE Star verkauft.

Der eigentümliche Titel des Wertpapier-Bündels bezieht sich auf das legendäre Schwert aus dem Umfeld der ARTUS-Saga. Auf besondere mythische Fähigkeiten darf der Käufer nicht hoffen [das TUT er auch nicht, er RECHNET halt nur (Anm.: Teras)].

Ein Teil des Pakets sei bereits im Januar veräußert worden, teilte die Bundesbank mit. Der Rest werde nun bis Ende April abgewickelt. Das Gesamtvolumen des Excalibur-Verkaufs habe einen Nennwert von 1,4 Mrd. Euro. Über weitere Details wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Damit bleibt auch der Verkaufserlös im Dunklen"...

Ziel der Liquidation ist die Beendigung der Gesellschaft.ich glaube nicht ,daß wir etwas abkriegen,denn der aktionär ist der depp in forderungskette.

nur außergewöhnliche verschiebungen und amerikanische bananenrepublik gesetzte könnten etwas möglich machen............dann schaun wir mal,verlieren geht nicht mehr.
nur gewinnen können wir  

bin mir da nicht so sicher, denn mit beendigung der gesellschaft würde auch das recht an der nutzung der NOL's erlöschen. ich weiss allerdings nicht, wie interessant/sinnvoll die nutzung der nols bei den überbleibseln der lehmänner sein kann...

meine lehmänner bei der diba sind nun auch in escrows umgebucht...
wie siehts bei dir aus XL10?

Auch mit dem Umtausch derer WAMUQs haben die sich soviel Zeit genommen...

meine shares wurden auch in escrow umgewandelt ,denke das lief bei allen nicht verkauften shares so ab.
Aktueller Anteil der Forderungen im Fondsvermögen (in %)" und "Klassifizierung der Forderungen am Fondsvermögen" - erfolgt .da wir die letzten der fresskette sind ,so werden wir wahrscheinlich nichts bekommen.

Jap, danke für den Hinweis. Meine Lehmänner sind jetzt auch umgewandelt wurde. Jetzt sieht das Depot wenigstens erstmal übersichtlicher und vor allem grüner aus, da die Minuspositionen weg sind. ^^
