He does claim that his interest is in the Shareholder as he responds immediately to my e-mail - He only responded the One Time after I wrote to him after he refused to do the Transfer the Easy Way.
The First Part as you Can See is to Both of us From the NAF Arbitrator that is handling this case. I do believe it is ON TOPIC, as it concerns only SWVC and is Word for Word-- Nothing Added - Nothing Deleted --- Nothing Changed -- Even my Misspellings! :-)
You will also note that upon the ( right now ) demand that my hands were tied of doing anything b/c it was in arbitration - he didn't apparently get what she was trying to do for him in order to get it done ASAP! Anyway, offered for your reading enjoyment.

timeline and proceed to panel appointment.

You continue to slander me, and I must say I don't appreciate it.
From the very beginning you had the opportunity to make the right
choice, but instead I feel you were Ego driven to make poor choices
regarding not only this matter, but the handling of the stock that I
and my group are part owners of to the tune of many 10's ot Thousands
of dollars. As the Stock Price Plunders in order to feed the Insiders
( imo ), I wonder if it is worth OUR Trust. As you must realize by
now, especially after my conversation with your brother at the Auto
Parts store that it was, and still obviously is my intent to see that
you had these names, even to the point of not only offering them for
Free without reimbersement for the Approx. $50 associated costs ( that
would be inclusive of the $29 charged to our account by Go-Daddy
because of your filing ). I did as I said when I spoke to your
brother and tried to get this handled Via Go-Daddy or the Arbitration
Committee, and before I even had the chance to fill out my part in
order to facilitate the transfer, I noticed your refusal to take
part. Did not surprise me from what I have seen in the past. Bottom
line, is that you will notice I did NOT file a response, which should
have shown my Good-Will, so because of your own stubbornness it looks
as if there is nothing that can be done --- just wait it out. Too bad
for myself and all your faithful investors that we can trust you with
our Millions, yet you show NO trust in us as individuals! I will be
making possible Exit Recommendations to my group and to others that I
have concern for that have Come up to the Plate for you and been left
standing clue-less out in the cold.

I do what I do FOR the shareholders of SWVC, and anyone (whether they
are a friendly party or not) who squats my web address must be dealt
with. I would think as a shareholder you'd want me to protect all
shareholders, not just you and your friends. And with regards to the
call to my brother, I was alerted to the bold lies you wrote about what
he allegedly told you about SWVC's "prospects." I personally know he
said nothing of the sort, and do not appreciate my brother or anyone
else being used and lied about to promote or denigrate the company. Lies
are lies.

Below is the One and Only public post of that conversation. I asked him directly if he was involved in the company. His reply to me was YES. Where is the lie. If it was your Brother and not you, then he can remind you that when the topic of the Domain importance came up, he was very exuberant and said that the Transfer ASAP would be beneficial --- Yes, he did use the term ASAP. I wish people posted this type of Honest and Positive opinion about me.

This might be of some interest to you all:
I just got off the Phone with Tom's brother Fred Scozzafava in regard to a POSITIVE private matter. As he is involved with SWVC, I want to tell you that he is an extremely Bright and Intelligent Man who expressed to me ( without specifics and I didn't ask for any ) that he has EXTREMELY HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR SWVC. Nothing else I can tell you regarding our Company, because I have nothing else to share, but we are dealing with Honest - Smart People here!
BTW, it was a Call that Mr. Scozzafava initiated and it felt REALLY GOOD to talk with a Live Person Involved with SWVC, especially the Brother of the Man we are all counting on and has yet to let us down!
